Muy buen servicio. Llegamos a media noche y la chica que nos atendió fue súper amable, dormimos muy cómodos y al día siguiente nos ofrecieron un desayuno bastante bueno y funcional para continuar con nuestro trayecto.Mi esposo y yo quedamos muy satisfechos y agradecidos con su servicio. ¿Volveríamos? Claro que si!

Good experience. It’s a little far from the Zona Hotelera, but you have a lot of buses that go to Plaza Las Americas and then change for a bus that goes to the beach.If you want to use a taxi, I suggest a Cabify. Also the airport is pretty close.A lot of people asked me if it feels claustrophobic inside, but no, I didn’t. The air inside is also recirculated, so don’t worry about that either.

Absolutely amazing experience! Everything about this place is great. The capsules are very modern and clean. The lockers area and bathrooms are constantly being cleaned and disinfected. Service was incredible, if you need anything they will help you out at all times. You can coordinate for them to take you to the airport if needed. Breakfast was included and delicious. They are inside a small mall with lots of restaurants, a cinema and everything you might need if you stay a while. I would definitely go back! Just one watch out: the mattress isn't the best so keep that in mind.

The hotel is super tidy, the staff really helpful. Great location if you need to stay overnight to catch an early flight - it’s just 15mins from the airport and they can organise a transport for you. Its all very convenient. It’s an interesting experience, looks a bit like science fiction. Big thumbs up for double capsules! Its also great that coffee/water is available at all times and there’s a common area where you can sit. The only thing was that opening the door is a bit loud + had a loud snorer just above me and could hear everything! The capsules could be a bit more soundproof, and there could be a rack to hang your towel to dry.

Gostei bastante do lugar, tudo muito limpo, o atendimento, destaco Lucy, Brandon e Moisés, que se destacaram na presteza sempre, mas todos os funcionários são incríveis. O café da manhã poderia melhorar!

Es mi primera estadía en el Hotel y me encantó el concepto. Las medidas de higiene están presentes y el servicio es magnífico. Si vienes a Cancún, no dudes en quedarte a probar esta nueva experiencia.

El lugar es super limpio y tiene de todo para que pases una noche cómoda. Cuentan con WiFi por todo el hotel y la atención de los de recepción es más que excelente. La cápsula es cómoda, tiene luz y contactos para conectar tu teléfono por la noche. Muy contento con todo, regresaría.

Muy buena experiencia,mi mamá y yo nos sentimos muy cómodos, seguros y bien atendidos. Ofrecen servicios que valen mucho como el café, el desayuno y el transporte en las mañanas. Los tours que hay son muy económicos he interesantes. La limpieza muy buena, solo en los baños debería tener como secar el suelo al salir. Pero es muy mínimo a la limpieza que hay, muy buena.

Esta supeer cool.. te sientes como si estuvieras en la película el 5to elemento el desayuno también esta delicioso consta de dos huevitos estrellados con unos waffles que te los hacen en el momentomoises los preparo y le quedaron deliiis gracias por la estancia algo diferente pero duermes muy agustoo

Como experiencia, es excelente y vale la pena hacerlo. Está muy organizado, limpio y cuidado. La contra que le encontré es que el colchón y la almohada no son realmente cómodos, por lo cual se dificulta el descanso. Por otro lado, no tienen ninguna opción sin gluten para el desayuno, así que si son celiacos como yo, recuerden llevarse la comida!

Muy padre la experiencia, bastante cómodo el lugar, las cápsulas bastante amplias, tienen todo lo necesario para estar cómodos; los baños están en perfectas condiciones; el desayuno y la atención increíbles. Solamente las puertas de las capsulas son un poco ruidosas, pero por lo demás está todo excelente.

Great facilities, it's totally worth it for the price. All the spaces during my stay were super clean, common areas are cool, ac was working really good, breakfast was good as it was the service. There's is a governmental tax that you have to pay directly at the checkin but it's like 2dls per night or something( and you have to pay it in any hotel, even in the hotel zone or beach area, pls be ware of that). The only "bad thing" will be the location very close from the airport but kinda far from the areas of interest, but highly recommended any way 🙂

I stayed at the Yellow Capsule for almost a week. The capsule is clean and quiet. The capsule provides privacy when staying in a hostel environment as people are coming and going throughout the day. The breakfast is good. Staff are kind, helpful, and professional. Staff consistently keep the common areas and bathrooms clean. If you are like me and over 50 I suggest asking for a lower capsule as it is easier to get in and out of in the middle of the night for those inevitable bathroom trips. 😊 Would definitely stay here again.

Uma experiência diferente por conta das cápsulas que em tempo de distanciamento tem sua função, o colchonete da capsula é muito fino e de baixa dencidade com isso o sono é irregular a noite toda tendo que trocar de posicao, alguns funcionários muito atenciosos outros que nem tanto, café da manha não tem nada a ver com o divulgado nos sites de venda, muito fraco, apenas pão de forma uma geleia ou pasta de amendoim e creme de avelã, banana e café com.alguns sachês de algo que se julga ser leite em pó, os utensílios para voce se alimentar ficam guardados tendo assim que solicitar e aguardar a boa vontade do recepcionista te atender, a não ser que o recepcionista seja o Júlio que é super atencioso sempre. A limpeza é boa tem equipe trabalhando o dia todo, o banheiro sempre organizado com o que precisa.Tem um Walmart próximo onde poderá comprar sua alimentação.

O espaço é interessante, parte dos funcionários super 10, mas... Tive uma decepção com o café da manhã, não tem nada a ver com o divulgado nos sites que disponibilizam a compra, muito ruim, banana, pao de forma café ralo uma geleia para passar no pao um pote de pasta de amendoim e outro de pasta de avelã, o banheiro é bom, a cápsula é uma experiência interessante. O Júlio na recepção énota 10, o pessoal da limpeza trabalha o tempo todo.

Clean capsule, clean hotel, sanitation is definitely their priority. Giving 3 stars for hidden fees (an additional ~30 peso fee on arrival for service, for example) and the thinnest possible sheet on the bed (which meant i slept in several layers of clothes since the air could only be turned down so far). You’re not allowed to eat or wear shoes in the pod, which makes sense from a cleaning perspective but isn’t convenient for guests. You’re also not allowed to make noise in the pods and headphones for watching tv are one of those additional hidden fees (iPhone users beware). Staff was nice and it did look as expected: like a space ship.

The hotel is inside a mall. The experience is good for one or two persons and not for long stays. Inside the capsule you have to use headphones because the noise is forbidden.The breakfast is just coffee and bread. You can find always free water for drinks.The bathrooms are shared but they are clean and the watering cans are really privates.You leave your things in lockers outside the capsule's area. When you enter the capsule's you have to leave your shoes near the door.The personal is super nice. Everyday around 10am they have a free ride to the touristic boulevard.

A cool sleeping experience for adventurous types.Our flight out of Cancun got pushed back 24 hours, we were stressed and just needed to find an inexpensive place to stay. We didn't look into what this place was at all, I just expected it to be a normal hotel. When the guy at the front desk was explaining how they worked I thought "oh god what did I just get myself into..."That being said I really enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the security is very good. It's a unique experience that I joyfully shared with my friends immediately saying "guys we're sleeping in a spaceship tonight". I'm glad that my fiance and I are easy going and "go with the flow" types of people, and that made our unexpected experience here that much better.My recommendation to the owners: maybe one day if you renovate, there are very inexpensive but effective ways to put more sound proofing between the capsules, like the materials used in sound recording studios. This may make it even more pleasing for your guests.

O hotel é excelente para quem procura custo-beneficio. A distância da praia pode ser um fator negativo. A limpeza é ótima, assim como seu corpo de funcionários. O café da manhã também é muito bom.

Nice experience. Everything was pretty clean. The breakfast was great for the price. The location is good with stores and restaurants around. But, I think the hotel is not for kids.

The staff is excellent: Rita explained everything very well; Lucy made sure our stay was confortable and we got what we needed. Juan and Miguel Ángel were willing to help by providing guidance on what places to visit. I had mentioned it was my birthday and the staff left yellow balloons and a chocolate bar inside the capsule. It was an amazing Surprise. Thank you all very much :) My daughter invited me here to celebrate my birthday, she couldn’t have chosen a better place. I highly recommend the capsule for your stay!!!!
