The 26-floor property has 443 spacious rooms that all come with plush beds and baths with granite countertops spa-style showers and high-end toiletries. Wi-Fi is available in rooms for an additional fee but it's free in the lobby. For breakfast a small shop features bagels and breakfast wraps and the hotel restaurant counts locals among its fans. There's a fitness center a technology hub and on-site parking for an additional fee. The DoubleTree Chicago Magnificent Mile is just two blocks from the upscale boutiques and department stores of this famed shopping district; the CTA's Red Line 'L' is a 10-minute walk north from the hotel. Walk 10 minutes east to Navy Pier and ride the 150-foot Ferris wheel visit Chicago's Children Museum or watch a movie at the IMAX Theater. The hotel is 30 minutes southeast of O'Hare International Airport and 30 minutes northeast of Midway International Airport.

“A beautiful hotel with friendly and professional staff. The hotel and rooms felt clean, up-to-date, and definitely meeting and exceeding the value I paid for! I only wish I could have stayed longer!”

“Great location, For Walking distance. No train station nearby for 0.5 miles. There are other hotels very near to train station (CTA). Hotel does not have much options for breakfast. Packaged airline food, "OK" in quality charged at 3 times the price in made market. Hotel has good interior and good rooms. Little dated hotel, but nicely renovated lobby and open areas. Pool was still closed in May 1st Week, No Indoor pool available.”
