“Great hotel in the heart of the world famous Miami Beach. My trip was made perfect by the front desk employee Guillermo. Fun and friendly, he brightened my day every time I walked in or out of the front door. Always greeting me as if we were best friends and giving great advise about local attractions, awesome restaurants and fun things to do in the area. I do not think that my stay would have been nearly as amazing if not for this wonderful employee.

“Victor, our front desk person, was wonderful! This is the second time we stayed here. The rooms are clean and the service is good. Just be aware this is a party area so your mileage may vary on how quiet it is...this is not the hotels fault! We will def stay again if we are in the area.”
