“Rooms are very outdated and in bad shape. Location is very difficult to access. Pictures on the hotel site do not reflect the actual conditions of the property/rooms. This property is not up to the Radisson Hotels standards”

“Horrible experience. I have so many things to say about this hotel but ill keep it short and sweet. The staff is lazy and rude they only do whats necessary probably the very least to keep their job. The hotel is very old and outdated. The AC doesn't work and it takes you about 5 minutes to get to the hotel from the gate entrance. (in a car) The only 2 things I like was the view and the pool besides that everything and everyone was horrible. Would definitely not recommend. p.s I forgot a small engraved wooden barrel I had bought for my husband. I had to call the hotel 6 or 7 times only for them to tell me the item was not found when I know for sure I left it behind. We even left a good tip behind and still no honesty from anyone working there.”
