“Reservar um quarto piso superior, com acesso ao lounge concierge apenas para ser informado no check-in o lounge foi fechado durante todo o fim de semana. Especificamente olhou para um hotel com uma piscina interior, apenas para descobrir a única parte dos ambientes fechados piscina foi as escadas de entrada. Pedidos serviço de quarto, apenas para ser entregue pizzas com crosta pastosa cru. Localização é o único comodidade este fim propriedade alta marca tem indo para ele. Decepcionante para o preço. “Gostaria de poder dar zero estrelas. A televisão não funcionou. Sem micro-ondas. Geladeira não segurou a temperatura. AC não estava funcionando, acabou sendo um filtro super sujo. A alça do chuveiro estava quebrada e a temperatura do chuveiro estava muito quente ou muito fria. As luzes começaram a piscar ao lado da cama às 4 da manhã. A energia acabou e eu tive que carregar todas as minhas malas por todo o prédio para chegar à garagem e carregar meu carro. Pior experiência em um hotel que já tive. Gostaria de poder adicionar vídeos ao meu comentário. Edit: esqueci de mencionar que também é meu fim de semana de aniversário, então este lugar realmente conseguiu me ajudar a trazer 30 o mais DESCONFORTÁVEL possível. Carregou uma foto de todas as 5 malas que eu tive que carregar.”
