“Omg equipe é horrível e tão rude! Eles não se preocupam com os clientes. A senhora no balcão ficou brava quando eu perguntei para ver se minha reserva era boa, ela ficou brava e me disse para esperar até que ela terminasse o que estava fazendo. Eu perguntei bem posso cancelar? Ela disse o que quer que eu seja cobrado 1 noite de qualquer maneira... para encurtar a história, acabei cancelando e fui ao lado do Marriott Court. Recomendo, equipe super simpática e quartos limpos!”
