We came in late and struggled with parking. Honolulu has gotta be one of the worst cities for parking if you don't have on site parking. You can find easier parking near Times Square NYC on New Years!! If you come in late, call the front desk and they'll give you some options that you can try. Helpful staff. After our initial parking fiasco, things were easier. The location is excellent for daytime matters. The night noise is significant, so bring ear plugs. Rooms are dated but well kept. Kitchen in room meant decreased dine outs, which saved a lot of money. They don't have room for baggage after check out but they do show you a store about 100 m away that can help with that for cheap.

A taxa de resort parecia estranha, pois fornecia toalhas de praia, cadeiras, guarda-sóis e refrigeradores… tudo o que eu não usei. Se eu tivesse um conselho para os proprietários, seria se livrar da taxa de resort e ter informações sobre onde conseguir aluguel de praia. Esteja preparado para o check-out às 10h.

The reservation manager. She was completely unprofessional and not helpful at all! I am not sure of her name but, she hung up the phone twice on 4/13/22 at around 1:30pm CST. She couldn’t help the third party I reserved with nor provide any information and refused to speak to us and her resolution was to hang up the phone. Very rude so, now. They’re refusing on a cancellation and refund for a service that won’t be used and it’s a value of close to $1,000!!!

Room smells..carpet was old and dirty.. sheets were with spots.. there's parking issue in the area.. we lost much time in parking instead of visiting places .. they offer beach towels which is good.. location is good

This property is a little dated, but everything in my unit worked as expected. And, there was not a time I felt unsafe. For the price, the location was awesome. I was there by myself…but if I visited with my family, we would stay somewhere else. The nightclub noise was not something that I heard (I stayed on the 4th floor on the back side, so I was insulated from the nightlife). The kitchenette was very convenient. My first morning, I was up by 4am and showered, but there was no hot water. I was told that it takes a while for the 4th floor’s water to get hot. The next day, I was able to sleep in and others must’ve gotten up before me, so the shower was fine. The resort fee seemed odd in that it provided for beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers…all which I didn’t use. If I had advice to the owners, it would be to get rid of the resort fee and have information on where to get beach rentals. Be prepared for the 10am checkout.

I won’t be staying again. It is perfectly located, with restaurants all around and a short walk to the beach, but that is really it. Well, the staff is super friendly and they do the best with the property that they can. It is spotless, just shabby. It just really needs an update but may be better to tear it down and use that space for something better. At least new nice beds would help. This was the absolute most uncomfortable bed, which was a bummer after a long flight and time difference, I wanted to sleep well. Oh another good thing is it has a little kitchenette which comes in handy with the Covid protocols of local restaurants. We took carry out alot. The courtyard is a great place to eat, but we would take up to the room at times too. Just make sure to clean the dishes before you leave or you will get charged, like every other timeshare with a kitchen.Overall the motel still functions… but I would rather have stayed in a hostel. There just are not enough positive things to offset the negative for a better review.Well at least the ac unit made enough racket to drown out the night club music. I generally sleep like the dead, but lucky for me the airline gave ear plugs that I didn’t need on the flight. They were necessary in this room.If you do stay, go to all the independent restaurants in the courtyard. They all have long lines during dinner time, but it is for good reason. The matcha ice cream is awesome. The Udon place is under $10 per person and the best I’ve had, and the Hawaiian food stand is great!… all amazing. You can run to Dukes across the street for inexpensive water and snacks. Their gelato is fantastic too.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms are horrible. There was duct tape holding the mattress together, mold in the showers, dirt and dead bugs everywhere. Plus our room smelled like trash because the dumpsters are right outside your rooms. I added just a few of the pics we tookas evidence. We immediately went back to the front desk and they checked us out and said they would take care of it. Now they won't give us a refund and are fighting us about it. Their website has been down for months. No help at all. This place is a scam. Do not stay here!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk person who has pale dark hair and heavyset young male decided to tell us as when we get there with all of our luggage that there is a $300 fee is nonrefundable. For such a large fee that should be in the agreement when you’re booking online. He tried to give excuses and talk over me which he seems to be very aware of the shady policy. 100% not local not friendly poorly run hotel leaks and damages on the walls just in the lobby alone. Not sure how this has four stars. He says I can’t get a refund but obviously I can do the bank because a mainland bank and Chase doesn’t play around. He should be fired. When I asked for the business name he continue to refuse to give me the full LLC business name and was playing stupid so I also will be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau for his actions and treatment. This hotel will gaslight you and steal your money and claim that they never received the booking.I highly recommend you do not book with this hotel ever.

Everyone working here was awesome! Very nice and helpful! The room was nice and clean. Very affordable price. Also located next to great food. Noodles, tacos, donuts + more. 100% down to earth good folks:) Mahalo for a good nights rest

El personal fue increíblemente servicial, la ubicación era perfecta y los precios eran los más baratos que pudimos encontrar en cualquier lugar. Usted paga una tarifa de resort pero tiene acceso a equipo de playa que aprovechamos todos los días, también tienen salas de hielo y lavandería disponibles. La cocina es genial. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y el nivel de ruido estaba bien, podíamos escuchar el bar de abajo pero no fue un problema. En general, no fue el hotel más lujoso, pero los precios son excelentes y no tuvimos ninguna queja.

Staff was incredibly helpful, location was perfect, and prices were the cheapest we could find anywhere. You do pay a resort fee but you have access to beach gear that we took advantage of evey day, they also have ice and laundry rooms available. The kitchenette is great. Our room was clean and the noise level was fine, we could hear the bar below but it was not an issue. Overall, it was not the fanciest hotel but the prices is great and we had zero complaints.
