Sarah at the front desk was very friendly as well as all the staff. City view king suite was great! Room and hotel were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious! Definitely will be coming back :) great location, pretty much walking distance from everything

This hotel offers many nice amenities including a well kept indoor pool (small) and very nice lounge/restaurant area. The hotel was also very clean throughout. What bothered me was we stayed for 2 nights, left promptly the second day in hopes the room would be turned down and no one ever came. Our trash cans were over flowing and we had no fresh towels so I went ahead and called in the afternoon to request services and towels. 1.5 hrs passed and nothing. Finally I went to front desk and they brought towels about 20 min later. This is a big part of the hotel Experience and no one seemed to care that our needs were not being met. While I would stay there again, I’ll Be prepared to communicate my needs waaaay ahead of time and not expect them to accommodate.

Muito limpo, o atendimento ao cliente foi ótimo. Excelente localização no centro do outro lado do rio. A única desvantagem é o estacionamento com manobrista é caro.

Very clean, customer service was great. Great location downtown across the river. The only downside is valet parking is expensive.

Localização conveniente. Os funcionários são simpáticos. As suítes são agradáveis e espaçosas. Estacionamento sem manobrista disponível. Eletrônicos no quarto podem ser atualizados. A única coisa negativa que descobri é que não há controle de escurecimento para as luzes na suíte. A luz é muito forte e seria bom poder diminuir as luzes ao lado das camas.

O restaurante e o bar fecharam, o happy hour foi de 6 onças de cerveja, sem nenhuma comodidade para os hóspedes, mais de US $ 20 para estacionamento na garagem separada do hotel, não estava feliz com a estadia e o ar-condicionado não funcionava no quarto. Não era 104, mas ainda está quente. Meu telefone leu 79. Por favor, aumente seu atendimento e atenção aos detalhes.

Restaurant and bar shut down, happy hour social was 6oz beers, not really any amenities for guest, over $20 for self parking in separate garage from hotel, was not happy with the stay and a/c didn't work in room. It was not 104 but still hot my phone have read 79. Please step up with your service and attention to detail.

Great service, clean rooms, nice bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Every morning there were different options, even had warm breakfast sandwiches. The location was conveniently near downtown. The receptionist Ayesha provided great service and recommended eating places near by.

Convenient location. Staff are friendly. The suites are nice and spacious. Self parking is available. Electronics in the room can be upgraded. Only negative thing I found is that there's no dimming control for the lights in the suite. The light is pretty bright and it'd be nice to be able to dim the lights by the beds.

Great sleep, location, room, staff, and food. I have stayed there 3 times and had a fantastic stay each time. The food is so delicious and the beds are as comfortable as it gets. They also have an ice machine on each floor which is a big deal to my family. They have a very nice water feature in the lobby. They also have fun glass elevators that are fun to ride in. I was glad that they are taking Covid seriously. I felt very at home at this hotel with a very friendly staff. In my opinion, it is the best hotel in Austin. I recommend this hotel to those traveling in families or business.

Honestly if I could put no stars I would. Very poor service and rude staff. We thought we were going to have the best experience due to the reviews and pictures. but unfortunately that wasn’t the case, they told us our total but never told us about hidden fees so we were charged over a $100 worth of fees. If you have a choice please save your money and stay at a different hotel. Definitely not worth the stay for how much it turned out to be. Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!

Fiquei chocado com o tamanho do quarto que recebi. O quarto era como um 2 quartos. E o preço. Recomendo a todos. Eles têm de tudo lá, desde salas de reuniões para reuniões de escritório até uma simples estadia noturna.

I was shocked on the size of room Ireceived. Room was like a 2 bedroom. And the price. I recommend to all. They have everything there from meeting rooms for office gatherings to just plain simple night stay.
