I booked it because it was close to the airport. The shuttle drivers were cool, it's like a 15 min wait for them to arrive. Nice guys! Employees are chill, helpful. The popcorn in the suiteshop is $4 and it's the cheap jiffy pop, that's a bit of a rip off. Oh and no hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay here for the weekend. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean. I had an issue of the heating problem and the front desk person came the our room at night to fix the issue. The breakfast was great. There was plenty washed apples, oranges, and bananas. There was also cut fruits of pineapple, Mellon, cantaloupe. There was different muffins, danish pastries, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, muffin, bread, waffles, meat, potatoes, yogurt, cereals, juices, hot coco, coffee, oatmeal, walnuts, cranberries, nature valley breakfast bars. The manger was extremely friendly, he even gave my kids a choice of snack bar items for free! My kids were so happy that they got to pick their favorite energy drink too. My kids loved the pool too. They kept staying we have come back and stay here next time and my son was saying he himself wants to write a good review for this hotel and give a shout out to thanks to the manager and the staff!!

I rarely give 5 star reviews because you need to go out of your way as a business to get that. The general manager did just that. I believe his name was Richard and if he reviews this and his name is something else I will gladly change it. I regress , so this man was the nicest , most courteous and all around good man. He helped my unique situation by offering guidance and options. He went out of his way to make my son feel welcomed at the hotel and I will recommend to everyone to that needs a place to stay to book a room at this establishment. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the hotel was well taken care of. Thank you for showing me that customer service is still important to some businesses.

This is my second time staying at this location. I love that it's close to the airport and mall. The shuttle service is the big plus for me. Unfortunately, the driver was kind of rude this time picking us up from the airport. He yelled out what hotels he is picking up. When we approach the shuttle. We had large heavy bags. He helped everybody else put their bags on. But when it was our turn. He moved to the side and didn't offer to help us. So a guy who was riding with us noticed it. And he helped us. He act like we had the plague or something. 😅 we're use to ppl treating us like this. It was disappointing. We didn't say anything and quietly sat down. But it wasn't a great feeling. Overall, the hotel is great. I hope on my next business trip i don't encounter him again.

9 hr layover... shuttle took 30-45 mins to arrive. You call when you arrive. Not ideal with a toddler at 1am would have gotten a Uber if we knew. Apparently, you need to request the shuttle back to the airport the night before. Not mentioned when we checked in after 1am and mentioned we were just getting some sleep before heading back to the airport, due to a long layover. The guy checking us in was very nice though. The next morning when we asked about getting on the shuttle the guy was rude about us not requesting it the night before. Other than that the place was good. Beds did the trick for the night. The room was nice. The breakfast was adequate.
