“Absolutely horrible experience. First room was very small. Moved to a second room was a bit larger had a drain that smelled awful. They tried to fix and it wound up smelling like perfume + sewer and made me sick. We complained and were treated extremely rudely by the front desk night staff who eventually moved us back to a tiny room. I've never been treated so poorly at a supposedly upscale hotel. I am a titanium member so stay at a lot of Marriott properties, and this is by far the worst. I've had a larger, nicer room and friendlier service at cheap roadside motels. I'd give zero stars if I could. The rooms are small, the service is terrible, and the price is outrageous.”
