“None of the first key cards we got worked after the first time we used them(they only worked once) so we had to get new ones. We ended up waiting ten minutes in the hallway because we couldn’t get into our room. The bathroom doors need to be replaced with normal, lockable doors. The sliding one did not work smoothly, and the gap between the door and the wall was at least 2 or 3 inches, so from one of the beds you could easily see into the shower, which had completely clear glass, not to mention you could hear every single sound someone made in there. In short, the key cards need to work better and there needs to be a lot more privacy in the bathroom.”
