“This was by far the worst experience I have had not only at a hotel but with human beings. Everyone here has a spoon on their shoulder and can't even be bothered to look at you when talking. The staff is very short and rude when talking to it's guests and even other employees. We had massive complications with our booking and we're almost forced to re-pay for the room before being stuck in the wrong room. After finally getting to the right room we wake up on the morning to the hotel trying to force us out because they still didn't figure out our booking. The hotel room had stains all over the floors and beds. Nothing was properly stocked and small requests we made (for more coffee) were met with greedy room service people expecting tips for their terrible service. All of the food and drinks are insanely overpriced and the "shop" they have sells 50c bags of mini chips for $3. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Even someone who has money to waste, please waste it somewhere else and do not help these terrible people.”

“Maria at the front desk is the poster image of someone who goes above and beyond her duties. When our flight to Chicago was cancelled and we had to drive 7 hours overnight to get to our son’s university football showcase that afternoon and we needed a room to change and take a nap. We could not find anything anywhere since all hotel have check in in the afternoon. Maria saw we were exhausted, we are Hilton Honors members, and she found us a room whereas for many would have been easier to just say: nothing available. Hilton: give Maria a raise. She was alone checking people in, answering to guests questions and requests, all with efficiency and a smile.”
