Ideally situated, luxury pet friendly hotel with a Rooftop bar and restaurant in the middle of Rome. If you're traveling with a dog, the huge green area at the front of the hotel is priceless. Great staff, service and dining experience. Right next to the main train station and within walking distance of many sites and restaurants.

Great location for shopping and eating, train station is adjacent to the property. The room was clean and well lit. Not enough towels, and the floor is cold and hard; so a nice soft rug at the bedside would be nice. (The photo shows the hotel in the background) All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was nice, but there's not enough shade up there.

Perfect location if you want to travel to other cities bc right next to train station but you don’t hear train noises and not dirty area. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly.Plentiful breakfast. Premises kept very clean. Rooms were spacious. Would go back again

This was a nice hotel although it’s in a pretty rough location next to the train station. Initially I had to wait until 3pm before my room was ready, I was given a room which somebody else was in, however I was offered some Prosecco and an upgraded room following this error.The room was nice, however some minor repairs were needed and the fridge was quite loud. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options available. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant which was a nice place to have a drink in the evening but there isn’t much of a view.Overall the stay was pleasant however the service and overall experience was not 5* in my opinion, I would say more likely 4.

Lovely hotel in the most convenient location! The place was modern, well kept, the staff were courteous and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with tourist advice, using the metro, restaurant bookings, taxi bookings and anything else we asked for. The location literally couldn’t be better. Termini is so easy to get to from airports or anywhere in the city, there was no worry about getting lost or stuck somewhere. Breakfast was lovely and they have plenty of shaded seating on the veranda, overlooking the hotel gardens. An amazing start to the day. Rooftop bar is a great addition, albeit a cocktail sets you back 17 euros… but this is to be expected from any decent hotel bar. Although I agree with other reviews that it’s not as luxurious as other 5* hotels, I firmly believe the price reflects the experience. If you wish to be waited on hand-and-foot like you would be in a £1000 per night hotel, you should find somewhere which charges you that much money and then try to convince yourself it was worth the extra 🙄 We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at Roma Termini and had a reservation in a nearby Hotel which was cancelled without letting us know. We were exhausted due to the long train journey and with no place to sleep at 8pm. The NH Collection had rooms available and immediately made a reservation. What a pleasant surprise! From the moment my husband and I crossed the gate they received us with so much kindness and with a smile, helping us with the luggage and taking care of everything. All the staff at the reception were super friendly, helpful and kind. The bar at the rooftop terrace has amazing views and the staff is also friendly and the service is fast. Less than an hour after arriving, we were feeling relaxed and we thinking that everything happens for a reason. We were exactly were we needed to be and enjoyed a great experience. The hotel is beautiful and has everything you may need. Stylish, clean rooms with a very comfortable bed and pillows,and super soft robes. We had a great night’s sleep and and next morning they helped us to book a taxi to the airport. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

I stayed at the NH Collection Roma Palazzo Cinquecento on a recent trip to Rome for my birthday weekend, and it was a great experience. My expectations were high, and the NH team didn't fail to deliver! The location is central and very convenient for getting around the city. The staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. The concierge service is excellent - they came running (literally) whenever we needed something. The room was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities I needed, including an espresso machine which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in Rome.

El hotel está bien, pero ni de lejos es un 5 estrellas como esperamos en España. Todo correcto, pero sin nada que destacar. El personal no es especialmente amable, el desayuno normal, la ducha es muy pequeña, la localización es muy buena pero la zona está llena de vagabundos.

A short stay which met all our expectations. The staff could not have been more helpful - questions were answered promptly and all staff in the hotel were committed to making our stay an enjoyable and comfortable one. Stylish interior and clean room with good bedding; we got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Recommended.

We have just returned from staying here last week-What a lovely comfortable and elegant place to stay. Central to travelling around Rome but providing a personal and friendly stay. The reception staff were friendly and so helpful as were the concierge staff. The dining room staff were attentive and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and so comfortable and cleaned to high standard daily. The room contained everything and more than we could have thought of. I would love to return!!

Un fantástico hotel en una zona centrica de Roma. Desde aquí tendrás andando los mejores sitios de Roma. Acerca de las instalaciones y el trato del personal 10 de 10. Es una maravilla disfrutar de estos sitios. Las habitaciones impecables. El servicio de restauración y bar impecables. No dejéis de subir al ático a tomar algo por la.noche. Las vistas son fantásticas.

El lugar es fantástico, llegué a Roma en tren y el hotel está a un costado de la estación. Sus instalaciones son excelentes, habitaciónes espaciosas y cómodas, la limpieza está bien cuidada. Tiene un buen restaurant con una carta estrecha pero de muy buena calidad y muy bien atendido, cuenta con un bar que te ofrece lo necesario para pasar un rato agradable con espacios amplios y una terraza al aire libre que te da la atmosfera necesaria para disfrutar de una buena conversación y fumar un buen cigarro en caso de que seas fumador. El personal siempre está dispuesto para hacer de tu estadía una buena experiencia.
