“Buena situación el metro cercano. El barrio un poco conflicto. Las habitaciones pequeñas sin armarios y la limpieza escasa. Sabanas sucias no limpian lo suficiente. El desayuno penoso la mayoría de los días faltabancosas. Yo en este hotel no repito ni de coña y no lo recomiendo”

“Located in a great location but not everything I expected. The rooms are smaller than a college dorm room. Had no TV service for both nights I stayed had no towels the first high I stayed. There was no WiFi service at all. Ask upon leaving the establishment for a discount for my inconvenience. Was told I would receive an email from the manager. After no email nor phone call. I called to find out they still have no phone service nor internet service to this day. I still have the receipt because I do plan to go back and get my discount. I'm still mad at Hotels.comfor not intervening in some way. Especially since the hotel is listed on there site but doesn't have a legitimate phone number or email to contact the company when Hotels.com customer's have a complaint. I would never go back there again.”
