Staff opened my room and walked into it without my permission at 3 AM! Because Another guest had forgotten something in the room.The other guest searched my room throughly and didn't find anything, all of this while I was still in underwear, the hotel initially didn't even want to refund me for the night.This is a terrible and old hotel with very bad management.

Para quem tem compromissos no Tecnológico de Monterrey, o hotel é uma super dica. 500 metros. Além disso, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, o café da manhã é farto e ainda conta com uma lanchonete de uma famosa franquia internacional. Isso junto a um complexo com muitas opções de comida. Mas o hotel é meio caído. Meio disfuncional. Mas, ainda, assim, vale a dica.

Venimos mi hermana, mi sobrina y yo,a disfrutar una tarde de alberca, cuando menos eso creíamos, hice la reservación ,especificando que quería hotel con alberca. Que gran decepción, la alberca está cerrada,vine a pagar para no encontrar lo que quería, que falta de respeto hacia sus huéspedes. Además el uso de los elevadores y las escaleras (especialmente las del sótano) es un verdadero caos...

Muy buen Hotel. Llegamos porque el One Tecnológico Monterrey estaba cerrado y nadie nos dijo nada nos mandaron al Fiesta Inn. Muy buen lugar para descansar. ¡Excelente Almuerzo tipo Americano!

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, dentro de una plaza comercial y se conecta con otra y lo tienes todo a la mano, restaurantes, cine, bares, oxxo en fin.La atención y limpieza del hotel excelentes 👌Definitivamente regreso a hospedarnos aquí.

Te queda en la planta baja cualquier tipo de restaurante que busques, incluyendo lugares para chela y altas, en la plaza cruzando te quedan los bolos, lugar de ramen o de sushi o mas carne, algunas farmacias, si llegas en coche el valet del hotel lo puede estacionar por ti, el hotel cuenta con alberca, usualmente es fresco dentro de las habitaciones, las teles no son smart pero llevate un cable hdmi, el servicio a habitación es algo elevado, por ello conviene bajar a la plaza, también tiene un gym y hasta oxxo

Hotel muito bom. Chegamos porque o One Tecnológico Monterrey estava fechado e ninguém nos disse nada, nos mandaram para o Fiesta Inn. Lugar muito bom para descansar. Excelente almoço americano!

Well maintained and great location. There is a direct entrance to TEC de Monterrey near the hotel. The hotel is located inside Plaza Paseo Tec si there are restaurants, movie complex, bowling and other services within walking distance.

Todo Bien. Solo que Las toallas tanto las que te Dan en la piscina como El de Los cuartos hasta raspan de Los usadas, pero Los cuartos, limpios, funcionales, buen clima, La piscina no es tan grande como para que sea destino para hospedarte si vive's en a misma ciudad, por cierto, Algo sucia, con El deck levantado en algunas lados (lo cual es.peligroso para todos) y cuando cicla El agua se reingresa de forma caliente, por lo cual nunca estaria mas frsca que la temperature ambiente.

Hoy llovio y entro agua por la ventana, hubo varios apagones y la puerta de la regadera no tenia perilla, para un hotel de 4 estrellas esperaba que pusieran shampoo, el servicio de los empleados excelente, y lo mejor la vistaaaa y que esta dentro de una plaza comercial con oxxo bancos y cadenas de comida. Dentro del hotel un starbuck, y yendo por el puente peatonal cruzando la avenida un cine.

La vista de mi habitación fue muy buena, el servicio normal , el costo fue razonable , lo que me agrada de este hotel es que puedes bajar y encuentras todo ! Desde un Oxxo cruzando, Starbucks, y cruzando el puente puedes ir a varios restaurantes y bares de la zona. Muy recomendable por la ubicación. La alberca es pequeña pero es agradable el lugar.

I stayed for over a week and I felt safe all the time. The personnel is very friendly and respectful as well as super helpful. As far as COVId precautions I think everyone was wearing both a mask and shield cover. Everything smelled like very and freshly cleaned.

Dated rooms, the bathroom is TINY, I thought it would be a nicer room. Stayed in a King Executive. Didn't have a couch like the photos, just the most uncomfortable chair ever. They put a huge TV in the room, but placed it half on the desk, half on the chest of drawers. Kind of low budget. I expected more from the property. The service was good, the breakfasts were as well. Didn't order room service. Clean. It's over rated. This is a 2.5 to 3 star hotel.

Excellent value for the price. The staff was friendly, helpful and they spoke English. Loved the coffee & alcohol bar downstairs. They honored our room request on a higher floor and room was clean upon arrival. There is a restaurant inside and it is also walking distance to nearby restaurants and an Oxxo. We would definitely stay here again for the great views of Cerro de la Silla!

Very loud guests next to me.Blaring loud music.Rent to young men in groups.Complain five times.Would not enforce policy.Finally changed my room at 11pm . Nice place , nice location.If your enjoy your peace and quiet, stay somewhere else.It seemed that the loud guest are friends of management.
