“Was super happy with our time here. Enjoyed only 1 night stay but everything was a breeze, parking was easy and the tunnels are amazing with the chilly weather. Great place to stay, clean room with a jacuzzi & great price! Got the room with the “city view” and it was gorgeous! View of the falls and the casino lights! Coming here again for sure.. not one complaint. (The reviews almost had me booking another hotel but I’m so glad we stayed here- so take these reviews with a grain of salt, when you go to Niagara expect to spend money)”

“The service was first class, the rooms were clean and tidy, the location was walking distance to everything, and the view was amazing. We had the perfect room to watch the fireworks. The casino was accessible without having to walk outside too and the restaurants inside the hotel are worth 5 stars. I actually want to mention the driver for the shuttle bus to the parking lots. We had lost a bag that day, and he kept it safe until we came back for it which was around 6 hours later.”
