Eu gosto deste hotel, mas o serviço não está acima e além de um Hilton. Não é ruim, apenas ok.Fiquei aqui anteriormente e em abril de 2019, tão familiarizado com isso, reservei 4 dias / 3 noites. Os quartos são ok e as camas são confortáveis com edredom e lençóis decentes. Banheiro estranho, mas adoro as duas pias dentro e fora do banheiro. Ótimo para mais de uma pessoa se preparando.Nenhum serviço de limpeza pode ser agendado, mesmo para um membro Diamond, mediante solicitação, quando liguei para perguntar. Eles irão levá-lo até toalhas limpas e, conforme necessário. Esta foi uma opção mais acessível do que o centro e é um bom hotel.É um bom hotel e eu ficaria aqui novamente.

I like this hotel but service is not above and beyond for a Hilton. Not bad, just ok.I stayed here previously and in April 2019 so familiar with it and booked 4 days/3 nights. Rooms are ok and beds are comfortable with decent comforter and sheets. Awkward bathroom but love the two sinks in and outside of the restroom. Great for more than one person getting ready.No housekeeping service can be scheduled even for a Diamond Member on request when I called down to ask. They will run you up fresh towels and such as needed. This was a more affordable option than downtown and it's a nice hotel.It is a nice hotel and I would stay here again.

Ficamos aqui em junho passado para um passeio universitário. Os funcionários foram educados e agradáveis. Eu adicionei café da manhã à nossa estadia, já que estamos saindo muito cedo no dia seguinte. Havia um ótimo pacote sendo oferecido em seu site para membros que incluía café da manhã, então eu o peguei. A comida era boa. O estacionamento estava incluído na estadia, o que é ótimo. Há ginásio e piscina interior. Tirei 2 estrelas porque o termostato/AC do quarto estava quebrado. Essas coisas devem ser verificadas regularmente. Demorou um pouco para ser consertado, mas o técnico foi gentil e pediu desculpas pela longa espera. Além disso, os lençóis precisam ser substituídos porque havia manchas antigas e pareciam rígidos.

We stayed here last June for a college tour. Staffs were polite and nice. I added breakfast to our stay since we're heading out very early the next day. There was a great package being offered on their website for members that included breakfast so I took it. Food was good. Parking was included with the stay, which is great. There are gym and indoor pool. I took out 2 stars because room thermostat/AC was broken. These things should be checked regularly. It took a while for it to get fixed but the technician was nice and apologetic for the long wait. Also, the linens need to be replaced because there were old stains on them and felt stiff.

Hotel muito legal! Adorei a forma dos quartos e o corredor contínuo. Os quartos são espaçosos e possuem pia no banheiro e também fora dele. Geladeira, microondas no lobby. A área da piscina parecia legal (talvez precisasse de um pouco de arrumação)

Really cool hotel! Loved the shape of the rooms and the continuous hallway. Rooms are spacious and have a sink in the bathroom and also outside it. Refrigerator, microwave in the lobby. The pool area looked cool (maybe needed a little tidying)

Tinha quartos adjacentes e eles queriam me colocar em andares separados. Exatamente como você tem quartos conjugados em andares separados? O cavalheiro na recepção foi educado, mas muito determinado a não me deixar fazer o check-in. As regras são regras e eles as seguem, não importa o que digam ao telefone. Os quartos são muito pequenos. Ninguém falou do café da manhã continental ou do lounge que abre às 16h. Os hóspedes devem estar mais cientes do que está disponível para eles. $ 280 por quarto por noite. Mais impostos e taxas, decepcionantes para esse tipo de dinheiro.

Chegamos tarde na sexta-feira à noite e Jessie estava trabalhando na recepção e ele fez um ótimo trabalho ao fazer o check-in sem problemas. Ele me reconheceu como um hóspede do Hilton Honors e imediatamente me contou sobre o restaurante, bar e outros recursos do hotel. Este hotel tinha muito estacionamento gratuito e é excelente forma. A comida no restaurante era com preços razoáveis com uma grande selecção. Há um bom centro de fitness e piscina interior. O nosso quarto tinha um frigorífico que veio a calhar. as camas e travesseiros eram confortáveis e havia muito espaço em nosso quarto. A máquina de gelo está em todos os andares pares. Estávamos no 1º andar, então tivemos que caminhar até o 2º andar para pegar nosso gelo. O quarto não tem micro-ondas, mas há um micro-ondas no andar de baixo na área de lanches que usamos para aquecer nossa comida quando necessário. Este hotel tem tudo que você precisa. Há também um bom café da manhã neste hotel para seus bagels, frutas, sucos, cafés e outros itens. Este hotel foi melhor do que eu esperava e o serviço foi ótimo!

A maioria da equipe foi extremamente amigável. O serviço geral ao cliente foi ótimo. Houve um problema de ruído no quarto ao lado. Tentei ligar do telefone do meu quarto no hotel, mas o telefone estava quebrado. Liguei do meu celular e me disseram que alguém atenderia. Ninguém disse nada e quando continuei a ligar de volta do meu celular a recepção parou de atender. Havia uma mulher gritando por 45 minutos com música alta sendo tocada. Não consegui dormir e a equipe do Hilton não fez nada para ajudar.

Talk several times to the hotel about an early check in for a wedding and when I got there nobody knew anything and didn't wanna let me check in. had adjoining rooms and they wanted to put me on separate floors.Exactly how do you have adjoining rooms on separate floors? The gentleman at the front desk was polite but very determined not to let me check in. Rules are rules and they follow them there no matter what they tell you on the phone. Rooms are very small. No one spoke of the continental breakfast or the lounge that opens at 4 PM. Guests should be more aware of what's available to them. $280 per room per night.Plus taxes and fees, disappointing for that kind of money.

The majority of the staff was extremely friendly. The overall customer service was great. There was a noise issue in the room next door. I tried calling from the phone in my room in the hotel, but the phone was broken. I called from my cell and was told someone would handle. No one said anything and when I continued to call back from my cell the front desk stopped answering. There was a woman screaming for 45 mins over loud music being played. I got no sleep and the Hilton staff did nothing to help.

We arrived late on Friday night and Jessie was working the front desk and he did a great job of getting us checked in without any issues. He recognized me as a Hilton Honors guest and he immediately told me about the hotel restaurant, bar and other features. This hotel had plenty of free parking and it is great shape. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced with a great selection. There is a nice fitness center and indoor pool. Our room had a fridge which came in handy. the beds and pillows were comfy and there was plenty of space in our room. The ice machine is on all of the even floors. We were on the 1st floor so we had to walk up to the 2nd floor to get our ice. The room does not have a microwave but there is a microwave downstairs in the snack area that we used to warm up our food when needed. This hotel has everything you need. There's also a nice breakfast spot too in this hotel for your bagels, fruits, juices, coffees, and other items. This hotel was better than I expected and the service was great!

O banheiro estava imundo quando fiz o check-in ... não tive tempo de alertar a equipe porque precisava me vestir para um evento, então me limpei. Caso contrário, o quarto era bastante limpo. Toilet was filthy when I checked in...I didn't have time to alert staff because I had to get dressed for an event, so I cleaned myself. Otherwise the room was pretty clean. I loved the 2 stinks and mirrors - nice touch and convenient. Slot machines downstairs is a GREAT idea! Location is good.

Best check in experience. Jamal was fantastic and made my check in process extremely easy. He gave great food recommendations, including the on-site restaurant. The ladies in the morning were great as well, and the sales manager even took a moment to compliment my shoes. Everybody was dressed nice, they smiled and greeted you, and I just can’t praise everyone enough. My visit was to bury my grandfather, so to have such great customer service during this time made my stay even better.

Hotel is very dirty. The chair was visible stained. Dust on the lamps was visibly thick. Remnants still left in the toilet from previous stay. Water marks from glasses left on the sink counter which means they didn't wipe it down. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Gostei do hotel, mas as mudanças na arrumação não nos foram comunicadas porque fizemos o check-in através do aplicativo. Aparentemente, eles só avisam quem faz o check-in na recepção, apesar da disponibilidade e facilidade do app check-in. Mesmo quando descemos para pegar uma segunda chave na manhã seguinte, eles não nos informaram sobre as mudanças, apesar de terem sido informados de que tínhamos feito o check-in por meio do aplicativo. Só no segundo dia, ao questionarmos a falta de serviços de limpeza, é que descobrimos as mudanças. Quando sugeri que eles também colocassem o aviso que fornecem pessoalmente nos quartos para aqueles que fazem o check-in pelo aplicativo, me disseram que eles não fazem isso e não fariam isso. É uma pena que a comunicação das alterações não tenha sido fornecida a todos os hóspedes por design, especialmente quando os hóspedes que perderam esses avisos estão, na verdade, usando o aplicativo Hilton.

Enjoyed the hotel, but changes in housekeeping were not communicated to us because we checked in via the app. Apparently they only tell those who check in via the front desk, despite the availability and ease of app check-in. Even when we came down to get a second key the next morning, they did not inform us of the changes, despite being told we had checked in via the app. It was not until the second day, when questioning the lack of housekeeping services, that we found out the changes. When I suggested they also put the notice they provide in person in the rooms for those who check in via the app, I was told they don't do that and would not be doing that. Really unfortunate that the communication of changes was not provided to all guests by design, especially when the guests missing these notices are actually using the Hilton app.

Muito bom check-in e check-out sem contato com o aplicativo. Grande sala. Muito limpo. Não há copos e xícaras suficientes para 3 pessoas no quarto, mas toalhas suficientes. Eu achei o banheiro muito perto de cada lado para maior conforto, pois estava preso entre a parede de vidro do chuveiro e o lado da pia. Os banheiros são todos muito baixos e as pias muito altas. Aos 5'3 "foi uma experiência estranha.

Very good contact-less check in and check out with the app.Great room.Very clean. Not enough glasses and cups for 3 in the room as reserved but enough towels.I did find the toilet too close on either side for comfort as it was stuck between the glass shower wall and the side of the sink vanity.The toilets are all very low and the sinks very high.At 5'3" it was an odd experience.

Yo me hospede 4 noches con mis 3 hijos y mi esposa y No lo recomendaría .el precio es muy alto para como esta el hotel de a fuera sebe de lujo y tambien el lobby pero la alberca esta sucia los cuartos esta limpios solo por encima la puerta del baño no servia la chapa lo muebles del baño estan en muy mal estado .( afuera en la noche siempre hay gente con mucho escandalo y fumando mariguana )su puestamente hablan 3 idiomas y no .segun limpian cada tercer dia y tampoco es cierto . .NO LO RECOMIENDO.
