A localização é ótima e o quarto é limpo, mas o serviço é limitado. Quando fiz o check-in às 16:00 na recepção, me disseram que o quarto não estava pronto, pois eles tinham um dia agitado. O quarto estava finalmente pronto por volta das 18h. A recepção se ofereceu para renunciar à taxa de estacionamento e dar desconto para a primeira noite. No geral, a equipe é boa, mas parece que o hotel está com falta de mãos

Tivemos uma boa estadia neste estabelecimento e recomendo para uma visita em San Diego. Todos os principais pontos turísticos estão a 15 minutos de carro com estacionamento abundante e conveniente na frente (embora eles cobram $ 19 por noite). Liberty market também muito perto. Pontos fortes para os jardins bem cuidados, incluindo área para churrasco bem equipada, mesas ao ar livre, piscina e quadra de esportes. O café da manhã também era bom e conveniente todos os dias. Nós não demos pontos completos aqui porque os quartos são mais datados. Em particular, o sofá-cama com colchão era simplesmente terrível (eles trouxeram 2 camas dobráveis que eram moderadamente melhores para as crianças), enquanto o colchão king-size era apenas média. No geral, parece ser uma propriedade bem administrada, mas em breve precisará de alguns investimentos nos quartos para permanecer atraente.

Location is great and room is clean but service is limited. When I checked in at 4:00 pm at front desk, I was told that the room is not ready as they had a busy day. The room was finally ready at about 6:00 PM. Front desk did offer to waive the parking fee and give discount for the first night. Overall, staff is nice but seems the hotel is short of hands

We had a good stay at this property and would recommend it for a visit in San Diego. All major sights are within a 15-minute drive with plentiful and convenient parking upfront (although they do charge $19 per night). Liberty market also very close by. Strong points for the beautifully kept grounds including well-equipped BBQ area, outdoor tables, pool and sports court. Breakfast was also good and convenient every day. We did not give full points here because the rooms are more dated. In particular, the pull-out couch mattress was simply terrible (they did bring 2 rollaway beds that were moderately better for the kids), while the king-sized mattress was just average. Overall it appears to be a well-managed property, but will soon need a few investments in the rooms to remain attractive.

Estamos muito satisfeitos com a qualidade deste suposto hotel de 3 estrelas que funciona mais como um 4+. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e espaçosos. Os jardins são bonitos e a localização é privilegiada. A equipe é amigável e acolhedora. O café da manhã de cortesia também é continental de primeira qualidade. Tudo isso e o preço é justo. Gostaria de voltar aqui 10/10 vezes ao visitar San Diego novamente e incentivar todos a vir!

First impressions are important to me! The check in staff was absolutely fantastic! Making sure that your stay was going to be the best was their first priority! Brenda and Kelly were amazing! We go to San Diego twice a year but have not ever stayed at the Hilton Liberty Station! The location was perfect for us! Plenty of walking area, beautiful views, large patio area for family to gather and barbecue! Pool was perfect and hot tub was great! We will go back!

We are beyond pleased with the quality of this supposed 3-star hotel which operates more like a 4+. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The grounds are pretty and the location is prime. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is also top-notch continental. All of this and the price is right. I would come back here 10/10 times when visiting San Diego again and encourage all to come!

Nossa família adorou este hotel! A localização era perfeita para nós - muito seguro e bonito, Starbucks e bom sushi a poucos passos do estacionamento, adoráveis trilhas para caminhada e dois playgrounds agradáveis, uma quadra de basquete no hotel e funcionários incrivelmente gentis. Ficamos de segunda a sexta e adoramos cada segundo. Tivemos um terceiro andar, suíte de um quarto com vista para a baía e foi perfeito para a nossa família de quatro. As vistas da baía e da ponte definitivamente valiam o upgrade. A piscina estava quente e nunca lotada e café da manhã era decente. Ficaríamos aqui novamente em um piscar!

Are you traveling for work, pleasure, alone, or with family? Truthfully the answer can be any reason and my answer is the same you should consider the Homewood Suites by Hilton at Liberty Station to be your home for your stay in San Diego. It has all the amenities of home and even more. Every room is a suite, with kitchenettes and the amenities of a small apartment. There is an outdoor pool, hot tub, the Esplanade (public coastal walking paths), sports courts, grills, on-site laundry, gym rooms, courtyard patio with beautiful garden, a fireplace, they serve a top notch buffet breakfast daily and a have a social (Mon-Wed) with complimentary alcohol (beer, wine, and sangria). The staff really take care of you and treat you like family, unmatched service. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Homewood Suites by Hilton at Liberty Station has the location, it has history, it has arts, recreation, restaurants , multiple grocery stores, all within walking distance or a very short drive. The service is top notch, I am staying here for a couple months for work and the staff have done everything and anything to make my stay enjoyable. They have done very well to take care of me and make me feel at home and surrounded by family. This is how service should be done, this is exactly how a hotel should be run. I highly recommend you stay here if you have the opportunity.

Our family loved this hotel! The location was perfect for us - very safe and beautiful, Starbucks and good sushi just a few steps from the parking lot, lovely walking paths and two nice playgrounds, a basketball court at the hotel and incredibly kind staff. We stayed Monday - Friday and loved every second. We had a third floor, bay view one bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of four. The views of the bay and the bridge were definitely worth the upgrade. The pool was warm and never crowded and breakfast was decent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quartos de bom tamanho e em muito bom estado. Limpo no check-in. Ajuda na recepção foi muito simpática e prestativa. O pequeno-almoço gratuito diário era muito bom, com seleções para a maioria das necessidades dietéticas. Piscina e banheira de hidromassagem ao ar livre e não são de tamanho generoso. Uma vez por semana, a limpeza do quarto funcionava, exceto pelo lixo em pequenas lixeiras no quarto e apenas suprimentos de café para duas xícaras. Precisa de sacos de lixo extras no quarto e em algum lugar para colocar o lixo completo. Ou talvez uma lixeira maior embaixo da pia. Governanta trabalhando outro quarto felizmente nos deu algumas toalhas limpas.

Good sized rooms and in pretty good condition. Clean at check in. Desk help was very freindly and helpful. Daily free breakfast was very good with selections for most dietary needs. Pool and hot tub are outdoors and not generously sized. Once a week room cleaning worked out except for trash in tiny bins in room and only coffee supplies for two cups. Need extra trash bags in room and someplace to put full trash. Or maybe a larger bin under sinks. Housekeeper working another room happily gave us a few fresh towels.

Dou cinco estrelas ao Homewood Suites at Liberty Station, apesar do custo, porque hoje em dia todos os hotéis são caros. É um hotel muito bom para ficar. Há uma trilha de caminhada/corrida que começa logo atrás do motel que fica a quase 1,6 km de comprimento; há uma ótima academia (Point Loma Sports Club) a uma curta distância (US$ 20/dia); o hotel oferece transporte gratuito de e para o aeroporto; o pequeno-almoço é gratuito e definitivamente acima da média para pequenos-almoços de hotel; eles têm uma quadra de basquete agradável e o hotel oferece bolas de basquete também. Um monte de bons restaurantes está muito perto. Ficamos três noites e nosso quarto não foi limpo uma vez, mas acho que agora é padrão em hotéis (não é uma ótima política considerando os altos custos). Eles cobram US$ 19/noite para estacionamento. Tivemos a suíte de dois quartos com roll out também (dois banheiros completos) para que o quarto apesar de ter 5 pessoas era suficientemente espaçoso. As pessoas que trabalham lá são simpáticas e muito prestativas.

I give Homewood Suites at Liberty Station five stars despite the cost because nowadays all hotels are expensive.It is a very nice hotel to stay at.There is a walking/running path that starts right behind the motel that is almost a mile long; there is a nice gym (Point Loma Sports Club) within walking distance ($20/day); the hotel provides free shuttles to and from the airport; the breakfast is free and definitely above average for hotel breakfasts; they have a nice basketball court and the hotel provides basketballs too.A lot of good dining is very close by.We stayed three nights and our room did not get cleaned one time but I think that is standard now at hotels (not a great policy considering the high costs).They do charge $19/night for parking.We had the two bedroom suite with a roll out also (two complete baths) so the room despite having 5 people in it was spacious enough.The people who work there are friendly and very helpful.
