Would give four stars but.... Check in wasn't smooth. Pedestrian traffic pattern in lobby needs help. Holes in linen on both beds. I know linen companies have a standard but if you. Can fit a tow through it, it's too big. Rust stain from hand hold in shower And almost got 2 stars because coffee maker didn't work. The world is safer when I get coffee!!!!

I am very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. It was very convenient going to Universal Studios. I love the pool. I woke up early just to enjoy it. Would definitely come back and stay here. Breakfast was good too.

We stayed at this hotel for a family vacation and we enjoyed it! The room was clean and comfortable.The food was delicious at breakfast and dinner time! Every single employee that talked to us was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Leo O. for been a great team player!! I will book another stay in our next vacation!

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. My friend and I stayed here a whole week and we could not talking about how wonderful our experience was. Their level of hospitality is very high and it shows in every detail and in every person you meet. From the first person we met on our first day until the last day. Benny at the front desk was so kind to us when we arrived at our hotel late from a delayed flight. The servers at the hotel lounge were so gracious and kind. Gretel and Violetta and other restaurant staff in the lounge were incredible! The valet driver, bell hops, the front desk, concierge, and every staff member had a smile on their face and pure kindness during our stay. Everything was clean, very organized, and convenient. We stayed here and we’re about 15-30 minutes from each of our trips we did. It is right in Universal Studios too if that is your destination with a free shuttle to the park and City Walk. We saw a wedding here too while walking the hotel and it was gorgeous. I am definitely callIng Hilton to compliment this hotel and staff hereafter. I highly recommend your stay here. A+++

The room was great! Everything is new and clean. The staff was wonderful, and the restaurant in the hotel was great. This was an overnight stay before leaving this city. No matter who you came in contact with, you felt like a special guess. I highly recommend this hotel for any organizations who want top-shelf service for their employees and their meeting executions.
