Fiquei três semanas, a atenção dos funcionários foi muito boa em geral, eles se preocuparam com o nosso conforto. Não tivemos problemas para conseguir comida na mercadona que fica ao lado. No café da manhã, a senhora que compareceu nos tratou com gentileza impecável. O restaurante guy muito amigável também. E a comida é muito boa. Eles abriram uma academia bem na frente, infelizmente eu não consegui usá-la. Ele abriu quando não estava mais lá. Não havia nenhum problema com o serviço, os quartos sempre limpos e arrumados. Temperatura e iluminação adequadas. Música ambiente na recepção e restaurante. Eu amei o hotel. Muito recomendável.

O hotel é bastante acolhedor, limpo e equipado. Eu estava lá apenas por uma noite, mas eu usei o ginásio que era horrível. O "ginásio" estava no hall de entrada (não no quarto fechado) no último andar voltado para os outros quartos .. havia 3 máquinas.A área é boa, mas um pouco de distância a pé de restaurantes e supermercados.

Estuve alojada durante tres semanas, la atención del personal fue muy buena en general, se preocupaban de nuestra comodidad. No tuvimos problemas para entrar comida del mercadona que tiene justo al lado. En el desayuno la señora que que atendía nos trato con una amabilidad impecable. El chico del restaurante muy amable también. Y la comida muy buena. Han abierto un gimnasio justo en frente, por desgracia no pude llegar a usarlo. Lo inauguraba cuando ya no estaba allí. No hubo ningún problema con el servicio, habitaciones siempre limpias y ordenadas. Temperatura e iluminación adecuadas. Música ambiental en recepción y restaurante. Me encantó el hotel. Muy recomendable.

Excelente hotel y muy recomendable si se desea un hotel de su categoría y a buen precio. Además el servicio es muy amable y educado. Dispone de parking propio aunque de acceso por dentro muy ajustado. En resumen, hotel recomendado.

The hotel is pretty cozy, clean and equipped. I was there only for one night but I used the gym which was awful. The ‘gym’ was in hall way (no in the closed room) on the top floor facing the other rooms.. there were 3 machines.The area is nice but a bit of walking distance to restaurants & supermarket.

Service always positively impacts a stay. We were here for a conference. The hotel was exactly as expected. It's a perfect review for a good hotel. Rooms were small, but clean. Washroom was small, but clean and functional. Lobby was small, but worked great. The location was good, with nice local dining options by the corner and a very nice grocery store next door. Was easy to access by metro. But really, the staff made the difference. I normally triple check my reservations, but it seems I had accidentally picked a "simple" room. I thought as in not complicated, but it was a single bed... With a quick email they got us a queen bed in the already full hotel, with no extra fee. Thank you!

Good location if you are visiting the nearby universities but not the best AC Marriott I've visited in Spain. They give less items on the room (no shaving or dental kits like st other locations) and they only give one complimentary water per stay, versus one per day at other properties from the same brand. They also have complimentary coffee all day in the lobby with the exception of the breakfast hours, which makes it inconvenient if you want to have a coffee in the morning. I was charged 2 euros because the breakfast was still going on when I grabbed the coffee but nothing for coffee consumed at a different time. I suppose it's not a big deal, but it was definitely an unexpected charge at check out.

Good hotel. Comfortable beds, the gym was not a gym at all. 3 cardio machines and max of 10kg dumbbells. Not even a bench to get a proper workout. Difficult to stay motivated in the gym if there's only a 10x5 space to exercise

Personal de recepción muy profesional. Todo un detalle ofrecerme un paraguas al estar lloviendo y no haberme traído ninguno. Muy limpio todo y muy bien mantenido. Recomendable

The lady that checked me in was really dry.My room was really small and there was a lot of street noise.The location was good.Not too far from the airport and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area.
