Ótima localização, preço justo, atendimento cordial, quartos são bons. É possível fazer tudo a pé, devido a localização. Super recomendado.

O hotel é bem localizado, com fácil acesso por meio de duas estações de metrô. Os funcionários são corteses e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar. O conforto das salas de conferência está no nível adequado em relação ao do hotel.

Great hotel for the following reasons: comfort, cleanliness, welcoming staff, and central location. The rooms are nicely appointed and the location is so incredibly convenient to amenities, shopping, and restaurants. My only complaint is the hotel parking which is narrow and difficult to navigate in a medium sized sedan...so much so that I always back into a parking spot.

The rooms were nice and cozy. The room had all the amenities even though the price was slightly high. The service was not upto the mark for a hotel of this stature.The TV remote was no where found when entered the room and when contacted the desk, I was asked to come down to pick it (which I did). But, the new remote which was supposed to work was not working too. I did not contact the desk only because I have to come down again for this. Other than that, I liked the room.

The location is great, very downtown plus close to many other delicious restaurants. Staff are nice and polite. The room was not too small, great size and it was clean. But someone's sweater was in the closet.

Very clean, nice room. Hotel covid clean protocols was great. Stayed 1 nite while our child was at sick kids, for a small fee they graciously extended check out time. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Its lobby, restaurant, and business centre look just as impressive. Excelente. Hotel com localização espetacular. Perto de vários pontos de interesse na cidade. Pode fazer todos os pontos turísticos da cidade caminhando. Staff top e muito prestativo. Chegamos antes do horário de check in, mas fomos tranquilamente colocados no quarto. Quarto limpo e silencioso. Podia ter uma iluminação um pouco melhor e o ar condicionado ser um pouco mais silencioso, nada que incomoda mas.... Enfim espetacular.

Me encantó por su excelente ubicacion, su moderna decoracion, sus cuartos cómodos y limpios y un personal amable y atento. Lo único que no "cuadra" en este cuadro es el sucia y estrecho estacionamiento. Esta a la vuelta de restaurantes mayormente asiaticos, in mall bastante concurrido y con muy buenas y renombradas tiendas.
