Room was micro bougie. It was clean and spacious. Being a Hilton Honors member, you would think they would discount the $30 parking garage fee and breakfast would be complimentary but it wasn’t… I’ll have to be more careful in the future when booking with Hilton. Best moment was when I saw the butterflies! 🦋🦋

They where super nice we had the pleasure to be received by emma when we checked in and the rooms where absolutely great! Very clean and organized. Breakfast was very good too, the key to your rooms gives you acces to the front door of the hotel, breakfast and the parking garage. I also had the pleasure to interact with jordan at the front desk and he was so nice and kind also. Is very near to the parthenon, theres a nice restaurant right next to it and a gas station which is super convenient, a walgreens is like 3 min away and serveral fast foods, most importantly its 14 min away from airport and even on high traffic hours it was easy to get to. The only thing that I can think off is a little bit inconvenient is that theres no direct accest from the parking garage to the hotel through the elevators, so make sure to stop at the front of the hotel to take your luggages up to the room and then park your vehicle, which is not a big deal! Other then that we had a great experience! 100% recommended it.

Pros: - Room clean and tidy - Location close to Downtown Nashville Cons: - On arrival, we were given a card to check in to a room which was already occupied. - Could not connect to Wi-fi for the duration of our stay. - Extremely noisy air conditioning/heating system which you could not switch off so I didn't sleep at all. I asked for this to be fixed but the engineer couldn't switch it off completely either. - In-room services were not provided i.e. the menu offers meals delivered to the room. When we requested this service, we were told it could not be provided. No reason was given for this. - Room is not regularly cleaned and items are not replenished regularly. We stayed for three nights and the room was not cleaned once nor were the towels, tea, coffee etc replenished. This should happen automatically without prompting from guests. - Very overpriced. We stayed in much nicer apartments in Nashville for 5 days and this cost less than 3 days at the Hilton.

Hotel and room is great. Do not eat at the restaurant unless you have a lot of time to wait for your food. I ordered a burger and my kid ordered a piece of chicken with fries. Still waiting after 45 minutes. I approached our waitress/bartender and she said they had some large orders. The only other tables seated was a group of 4 and another of 2. I can’t even comment on the quality because we are still waiting.

I am not easily impressed but this hotel exceeded expectations! It was VERY VERY clean. The bathroom was squeaky clean, the room was huge, and the location was close to everything I needed. I've been to countless Hilton hotels and this one was the best and the cleanest.
