“First time I book was back in July. Elevator was broken and took me 30-40 min wait from the top to the bottom of first floor. I was pretty upset because I was with my whole family. I then decide to give them another chance and rebook a stay. I booked a month ahead and today I was told that I needed to wait for room services to clean my room. I booked a king size room. I waited for a hour and still nothing. I was told if i wanted to change my room to a room with 2 queen bed which it wasnt even available also. I told them I'll come back hoping by then the room will be cleaned and came back a hour later and now being told they are over booked and I can no longer get a room. Why wasn't I told ahead of time? Never coming back. I gave them a second chance and they lost it. I'm so angry they could of told me when I was there that they are booked.”
