“Wow, what top notch customer service. I recently received a gift card to this hotel and the associated restaurant, Cedar and Stone. My wife and I booked a room for last night while my parents were watched our 2 little girls for a night away . Shortly after dinner, which was fantastic, my parents called to tell us that our girls were sick. We decided to check out early and go get our girls. We didn't expect any sort of discount for leaving early but the front desk staff was completely understanding and didn't charge us for the room! We were nearly in tears - we are so thankful! The best part is that we can still use the gift card to stay at this hotel in the near future for another attempt at a night out. Thank you!”
