Os quartos e banheiros são bastante pequenos, mas a recepção foi agradável quando fizemos o check-in e a decoração era boa. As paredes são muito finas, podíamos ouvir os convidados ao lado de nós fazendo uma festa até cerca de 1h (ficamos acordados até tarde também, então não nos incomodamos reclamando na recepção). Não havia menu para o restaurante no meu quarto, e nenhum detalhamento dos custos envolvidos na solicitação do serviço de quarto, portanto, certifique-se de confirmar isso antes de pagar o dobro do preço da comida em taxas, impostos e mais taxas.

Excelente hotel no centro da cidade a uma curta distância do metrô e da Casa Branca. Instalações muito modernas, espaçosas e bem conservadas, espaço para 4 camas espaçosas e confortáveis, igualmente confortáveis. Banheiro funcional com grande chuveiro e espaço de armazenamento, tudo limpo, roupões de banho fornecidos. Pessoal muito gentil e profissional, possibilidade de estacionamento no hotel mediante taxa. Lobby bar grande e bem abastecido, bebida agradável oferecida ao retornar à tarde, devido ao calor desses dias. Custo justo em relação à média do local. Definitivamente uma ótima escolha.

This hotel is very nice, very clean, valet was on point. The room was very spacious, clean it didn’t disappoint at all, we were very pleased. Now on another note, when we first arrived at 3 am the front desk staff was very nice and helpful, the next couple of days that we was there, the front desk had this one lady that seems to always have a attitude everyday we saw her, she wasn’tfriendly, she walked away to keep from helping us, and other people, she had a mad look on her face, your hotel don’t need this kind of service when everyone else was very nice and helpful, one bad apple out the whole bunch throw her away!! But we will be back next time.

The rooms and bathrooms are quite small, but the front desk was pleasant when we checked in and the decor was nice. The walls are very thin, we could hear the guests next to us having a party until about 1am (we stayed up late too so we didn't bother complaining to the front desk). There was no menu for the restaurant in my room, and no breakdown of the costs involved with ordering room service, so be sure you confirm that before you pay twice the price of the food in fees, taxes, and more fees.

Em primeiro lugar, a equipe aqui é maravilhosa. Funcionários muito simpáticos e fizeram questão de que os hóspedes fossem bem atendidos. O ambiente do hotel era adorável. Fiquei quatro dias no Darcy em Logan Circle. As fotos no site oficial combinavam exatamente com o meu quarto e fiquei surpreso com o tamanho do quarto standard com vista para a cidade. Estou extremamente feliz com a minha estadia. A equipe da recepção é tão maravilhosa, educada e atenciosa, me senti tão especial toda vez que entrei. Até os porteiros são excelentes. Todos eles tinham atitudes maravilhosas. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno, mas é esteticamente agradável. A cama era muito confortável e limpa, gostei muito do meu sono aqui. O único problema que tive foi a arrumação, e é por isso que só dei 4 estrelas. Você deve solicitar arrumação, o que é bom, mas eles quase nunca vieram, mesmo depois de ligar 3 vezes, e quando o fizeram era tarde da noite, depois que eu liguei novamente. Quando os hóspedes fazem check-in em um hotel, esta é a chance de serem atendidas e foi aí que o Darcy ficou aquém. Eu me peguei limpando, arrumando minha própria cama e juntando lixo, também pedindo toalhas limpas e sabonetes que não foram entregues porque a limpeza não veio. Este foi honestamente o único problema. Fora isso, gostei da minha estadia e gostaria de voltar no futuro porque frequento D.C. e fica a uma curta distância de todas as atrações. Eu até caminhei até a capital hill um dia sem problemas e foi tão divertido. A pontuação da caminhada é definitivamente 10, assim como a atmosfera e a equipe. Eles também têm bebidas de cortesia por meia hora e em determinados dias, o que é um toque tão agradável. O serviço de arrumação é o único problema. As donas de casa são tão legais e completas, mas é simplesmente fazê-las vir que é o problema. Fora isso, este hotel receberia 5 estrelas. Espero que se voltar que eles têm isso resolvido! Por último, definitivamente peça serviço de quarto, você não vai se arrepender. Estou deixando uma crítica separada para Gerrad Street Kitchen, que me surpreendeu!

Great hotel in an excellent location to see all the central DC sites. The whole hotel appears to have gone through a very tasteful refurbishment. The hotel room itself was very comfortable (with a big bed) and pretty spacious. The hotel had complimentary cocktails at 5pm which was a nice touch! I’d definitely stay here again should I visit DC.

The hotel is cute however housekeeping should give the rooms a little more TLC and pay closer attention to detail. Overall our room was pretty clean. The bathroom was extremely small and the bed slept well. We booked through Expedia opting to pay upon arrival however, the hotel attempted to process payment 3x approximately 4 days before our stay. I phoned the front desk for an explanation and was told when they reach full capacity, they charge the card on file to secure the reservation. I don't have an issue with this process however, please communicate with your guest before attempting to process payment. If you rather guest pay upfront to secure their reservation, I recommend removing the option to pay upon arrival. In addition to that we checked out yesterday however, an additional charge was placed on my credit card this morning. I'm awaiting a phone call back from the billing department because this charge is completely random and makes absolutely no sense. If you're a guest here please review your credit card statement to ensure you don't have any random charges after checking-out. Oh and by the way, our room was left in perfect condition so we aren't subject to any incidentals so I'm really confused. I hope they get back to me this afternoon.

First off, the staff here is wonderful. Very friendly staff and they made sure that guests were well taken care of. The ambiance of the hotel was lovely. Even the restaurant on site was great. The food and the staff were wonderful. Giving 4 stars because the bathroom in my room was smaller than I would have liked. Overall I would definitely visit again.

I stayed four days at the Darcy at Logan Circle. The photos on the official website matched my room exactly and I was surprised at how large the standard room with city view was. I am extremely happy with my stay. The staff at the front desk are so wonderful, polite and attentive, I felt so special every time I entered. Even the door attendants are superb. They all had wonderful attitudes. The bathroom is a tad small but it’s aesthetically pleasing. The bed was very comfortable and clean, I enjoyed my sleep here very much. They only issue I had was housekeeping, which is why I only gave 4 stars. You must request housekeeping which is fine but they almost never came, even after calling 3 times, and when they did it was late in the evening after I had called again. When guest check into a hotel this is their chance to be taken care of and this is where the Darcy fell short. I found myself cleaning up, making my own bed, and gathering trash, also calling for fresh towels and soap which weren’t delivered because housekeeping didn’t come. This was honestly the only issue. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would like to return in the future because I frequent D.C. and it is within walking distance of all the attractions. I even walked to capital hill one day with no issue and it was so fun. The walk score is definitely a 10, as well as the atmosphere and staff. They also have complimentary drinks for half and hour on certain days which is such a nice touch. The housekeeping service is the only issue. The housekeepers are so nice and thorough but it’s simply getting them to come that’s the issue. Other than that this hotel would get 5 stars. I hope that if return that they have this sorted out! Lastly, definitely order room service, you will not regret it. I’m leaving a separate review for Gerrad Street Kitchen, which blew my socks off!

The best thing of the hotel was the very friendly service. The rooms were okay, but could have been cleaner; the bathroom was very clean. I liked the walk in shower. The extra fees were high, and for parking we had to pay about 60 $ or try to find something close to park the car late at night. It is close to the important sightseeing spots of DC. We could walk everywhere. That was a great as the view of if the hotel room window. We slept well and heard no other people around us although there were many.

No nos gustó que te cobran 30 dòlar por noche. Por unos servicios que no pedimos, ni utilitzamos ( gym). Tampoco hacen la cama de la habitación y estuvimos dos noches. Nos quejamos y dijeron que la habitacion la hacían a partir de 3 noches. Es intolerable. La habitación es amplia y la cama muy còmoda. Aunque el baño algo pequeño. Todo està nuevo y moderno. No escogería de nuevo el hotel.

Esta é a minha segunda estadia no Darcy, uma vez em uma suíte estúdio e desta vez em uma suíte de um quarto, porque eu estava pronta para uma bela banheira de imersão após as férias. Infelizmente, a banheira de água se recusou a aquecer e eu estava louco, mas a gerência veio ao quarto e nos forneceu um upgrade (e uma banheira com água quente!), Então eu realmente gostei do serviço. Tive que pedir xícaras de café e bebidas, o que eu presumo que seja por causa de cobiça, mas não um grande negócio. Todos foram muito amigáveis e isso é o que importa para mim.

Never stayed here.... from the door, the hospitality was amazing. I get to the room and the heat didn’t work. Maintenance came twice and it still wasn’t fixed. I called the front desk and we worked it out. Problems will always happen, how you treat and fix them is the definition of hospitality.

This is my second stay at the Darcy, once in a studio suite and this time in the one bedroom suite because I was ready for a nice bathtub soak after the holidays. Sadly the bathtub water refused to heat up and I was crazy bummed but management came to the room and provided us with an upgrade (and a tub with hot water!) so I really appreciated the service. Had to call down for cups for coffee and drinks which I assume is because of covid but not a huge deal. Everyone was really friendly and that’s what matters to me.

O Darcy era um lindo hotel de volta se fosse 1987, mas agora é 2020 e ele realmente precisa ser modernizado e atualizado. A fim de manter sua classificação de 4 estrelas, ele realmente deveria oferecer mais comodidades, especialmente durante esses períodos em que nenhum outro hotel as está oferecendo. Eu entendo sua limitada pelo que eles podem fazer, mas isso deve ser ditado no preço também que não foi. I se hospedaram no Holiday Inns que são muito mais atualizado e muito mais modernizado. Em suma, eu teria que este restaurante três estrelas porque ainda é uma coisa tão boa, só precisa ser modernizado para o tempo

The Darcy was a beautiful hotel back if it was 1987 but now it is 2020 and it really needs to modernize for our time and updated. In order to keep its 4-star rating it really should offer more amenities especially during these times are no other hotels are offering them. I understand their Limited by what they can do but that should be dictated in the price also which it has not Been. I have stayed at Holiday Inns that are way more updated and way more modernized. All in all I would have to this restaurant three stars because it's still as great stuff it just needs to be modernized for the time

The Darcy Hotel has the most accommodating group of hospitality professionals I've ever worked with. Knowledgeable and personalized service, with a lot of polish and no fuss. After a difficult couple of weeks, it's been a delight to spend a few days here. Fun decor throughout the hotel and in the room. Bed linens also outpace nearly just about hotel I've stayed in—extremely cozy.

Not only was this hotel comfortable, clean and cozy but what made my experience all the more better was the staff. Thank you to the professional and welcoming gentleman that checked us in; I can't remember his name but I recall his initials on our cocktail hour card being "SB". Thank you to the other very friendly and helpful gentleman, Kirk. I enjoyed the delicious and refreshing drink at cocktail hour. And most importantly I appreciated how safe I felt, I felt like all COVID precautions were being taken and I look forward to another stay in the future.

Os quartos são parecidos com as fotos do site. Muito limpo, muito novo, excelente. Eles têm ótimas pessoas trabalhando aqui, soberbamente acomodando, um definitivo deve ficar aqui. Vá em frente e reserve, pare de olhar.Eu recomendo o manobrista, é assim que funcionou para nós. Eles caminharam conosco enquanto dirigíamos de volta para o porão. Do que pegamos o elevador até o nosso quarto. Funcionou muito bem.

Their rooms look just like the pictures on their website. Very clean, very new, excellent. They have great people working here, superbly accommodating, a definite must stay here. Just go ahead and book, stop looking. I recommend valet, here's how it worked for us. They walked with us as we drove around back and into the basement. Than we took the elevator up to our room. It worked great.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a very convenient location. Not too far from the White House. Easy street parking. Very nice and welcoming staff compared to other corporate hotels. Feels personal. We stayed 2 nights in July 2020 and they did a great job keeping the space clean and guests safe. We stayed two nights and brought our cat. We felt safe and The Darcy is a pet friendly hotel. It's definitely a tough time for every industry and we wanted to support small/local business. While checking on the third party website, I highly recommend booking with them directly since they are flexible and easy to negotiate. Last but not least, it's a beautiful hotel especially the interior is amazing. Thank you all the staff and hope you guys stay safe.

Hotel situado en barrio tranquilo y bueno, no lejos del centro. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, televisión enorme y baño algo pequeño pero cómodo con ducha. Personal amable y eficiente, dan paraguas y hielo. Wifi incluida funciona muy bien. Gimnasio no me gusto por las máquinas incomodas. No desayunamos porque era caro y hay una cafetería al lado
