O quarto é muito bom, a localização também é boa! Apenas o serviço de um dos garçons do bar que foi péssima, errou todas as comidas que pedimos e ainda foi bem folgado comigo... Tirando este homem que estragou o serviço do hotel o resto é excelente.

Senti falta de cafe da manha, de buffet. Pao, manteiga, queijo, ovos. cafe da manha de hotel mesmo. Starbucks pra cafe da manha nao esta na minha lista de boas experiencias.

Excelente hotel. Não conta com café incluso porem oferece uma boa infraestrutura que conta com um bistrô e um mini mercado que facilita bastante.

Hotel excelente, não recebe cinco estrelas, por que faltou energia um dia e voltou só no dia seguinte. Uma pena eles não ter um gerador de energia!

No último dia que fiquei não tinha energia e nem gerador... péssimo...tive que usar luz do celular....nem banho tomei

Extremely dissatisfied . Rooms are very small and the carpet has an unpleasant odor. To make matters worst we experienced a very poor the customer service. After calling several time because forgetting a sweater over a chairin the room, I was informed they couldn’t find it. Definitely not staying here again :(

Room was decent, nice location. But had a bad experience with one of the staff. We called for them to unlock the pool twice and he said he would be there right away and he never showed up both times. We waited for a good 30 minutes before giving up .

Mobile key doesn't show up at this hotel in the app. Hotel could use a good carpet cleaning or replacing. Otherwise, it's fantastic. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if in the area.

They were very helpful. We did the stay, park, cruise deal. It was very nice to know that our vehicle was safe while we were away. I didn't give this a 5 star because there wasn't a breakfast or lobby coffee available. All in all very happy with everything.

Great hotel nice rooms. I stayed in room 118. Reported the first day that didn’t have pressure in the shower head, they sent maintenance they couldn’t fixed, the maintenance guy spoke to the front desk and asked them to move us from that room and that never happened. We spoke to the morning manager and nothing was ever done. We spent all 5 days we were there taking showers at the nearest truck stop.

I just want to tell the employee at this hotel by the name of Jacob how much I appreciate him and his staff. Jacob has made this day absolutely incredible. The things this hotel staff has done for me has been amazing I arrived with a broken ankle and they have made every single effort to make sure I didn't need anything

Hotel CourtYard (West Doral) fue para mi mamà y mía por 1 semana“nuestra casa” -Sept. 12 hasta Sept. 19-. Nos sentimos muy tranquilas, protegidas, còmodas. Agradecimiento muy especial para KEYNER. Desde el primer día de reservaciòn hasta el caluroso “adiòs!, a sus òrdenes!, fue un placer tenerlas como huéspedes”…….Keyner, yo no olvidaré el excelente trato que tuviste para con mi mamà. No estuvo muy bueno!!!.. me sentí no bienvenidacasi que rogué para comerme un perico y me lo negaron, luego me.lo hizo con la advertencia que nunca más lo pida al medio día, la verdad es que un desayuno criollo en una arepera no tiene horario.. No regreso más, además que sentí que no son Venezolanas por el trato frio q nos dieron. Se me olvidaba que fue el peor perico que me.comí en mi vida, ni sal tenía..uff terrible todo. Mi esposo y yono pudimos dormir con dolor de estomago..
