Localização boa, acomodação (quarto) razoável. Café da manhã fraco, padrão de hotel bem básico de Orlando. Tem fogão, microondas e máquina de lavar louça. Cama confortável e sofá cama razoável. Limpeza normal.

Stayed here for a few days in early December 2022 and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly, they offered a really good free breakfast in the morning, and it’s within walking distance from restaurants, stores and universal! The room itself was a little outdated, but nicely sized and clean.

Stayed her for a week o a family trip. The rooms are a great size for a family. The hotel was clean and in a good area surrounded by restaurants. Anything they don’t sell in their market you can go across the street to the 24 hour Walgreens.The only problem I had with the room was that 1 of the stove tops did not work.

Suites are good, breakfast healthy options run out early and are not replenished, hot food is only luke warm, pool area nice. Early check-in (before 3pm) seems verboten. Not many restaurants in walking distance. If they were serious about sustainability they would install solar panels on the roof. Evening social is currently only on Wednesdays.

There is a serious ant and roach infestation! I booked this for my family’s vacation to Universal and after an evening check in we entered the room to a wet carpet (it soaked socks). I disinfected the room to make it work. I got up to use the bathroom 3 am and flicked on the light to roaches! Roaches on the bedroom door and wall, even on the bathroom floor. I was disgusted. Went immediately downstairs to the lobby to be told they were fully booked and could only offer an accessible room. Unacceptable. After thinking about it roaches in one room means roaches in more rooms so we checked out day 1 from a 4 night stay. We found ants on the bathroom light switches. The manager at check out offered Hilton points and I said no I want a refund. Apparently after reading other reviews we weren’t the first ones and there is a bad infestation. Gross. I even had to fight to get my money back even after submitting photos and videos of proof…they REALLY need to handle this ASAP

This was the best hotel stay ever since Covid began. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was very welcoming and ready to help. If the breakfast choices were upgraded a bit, it would be a win all around. It's free so I'm not dinging them for that. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great experience!

The service was wonderful. Everyone was very nice. But, the rooms need major updating. Bathroom looked like incomplete construction. Toilet runs for a long time. Shower/tub leaks and makes noise all day. Carpet is not that clean and the bed had a bed skirt for a comforter. Weird. But for the price, we really didn't want to complain. Also we were out and about a lot so it didn't matter much. The lobby and pool areas are great- clean and nice. Location is great and the space of the suite is great.

When we got to the hotel I wanted to pay for my reservation in cash but the hotel didn't take cash. Then they wanted to scan my card for the second night, which I showed them that my bank had a hold for that night and so my debit card was declined, again they said no to cash. I then put the entire stay in my credit card and was told they would release the money in my bank account, that was Monday morning and still nothing. The room was ok but really needed repairs. There bi-fold closet door fell off the track and almost hit my grandson in the head. There was no creamer for the in room coffee but apparently the guest before me dumped some in the tray and it wasn't cleaned. Breakfast is ok but nothing great. We're had to microwave or food every morning because it was cold. It was good for being close to what we needed and I did feel safe.

There is some property aging, for instance, the shower curtain rod sagged so that the curtain would not stay closed on either side! But very comfortable. Kitchenette neat to have. Well laid out suites. Clean and comfortable. Quiet, safe. Really very close to Universal. Thought it was a competitive price, too. Yes, I would stay again.

Local limpo, camas muito macias e bom chuveiro. Tvs grandes e ótimo ar condicionado. Estacionamento e café da manhã incluídos. Tem cafeteira e uma micro cozinha. Ótima localização.

Excelente servicio, empleados muy amables, pacientes y atentos, incluye desayuno buffet, habitaciones limpias y cómodas con una pequeña cocina, servicio de limpieza, aire acondicionado, estacionamiento, pileta, parrilla, wifi, entre mas comodidades. Un lugar muy completo y bien ubicado cerca de los parques de Universal.

Quizá porque apenas se esta reactivando la actividad en general en el país,pero se nota que les falta personal. La Estancia incluye desayunos y antiguamente eran muy buenos, por eso elegimos esta cadena para alojarnos cuando viajamos , pero esta vez dejaron mucho que desear.

Una experiencia única. Buena ubicación. Desayunos americanos completos, waffles, todo. Café e infusiones las 24hs. Muy buen servicio de limpieza y habitaciones grandes, cómodas y funcionales. Nosotros éramos 5. Usamos dos camas matrimoniales y una extra que era un sillón cama. Muy cómodo. Excelente atención en recepción. Estacionamiento y entrada para silla de ruedas.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y además cuentan con cocineta, además el hotel ofrece desayuno y una cena ligera a sus huéspedes. Lo negativo es que, por error, reservamos una habitación de fumadores y cuando pedimos el cambio a una de no fumadores nos lo negaron aún cuando, claramente, el hotel no estaba lleno por lo que tuvimos que soportar el mal olor de la habitación.
