“Infelizmente, o nome dela me escapa (começa com um 'V'), mas nossa pessoa de check-in também é um gerente. Ela foi o início da grande experiência que tivemos. Ela incorpora um serviço ao cliente amigável e tratou todas as nossas necessidades com prazer e facilidade. Nosso quarto era tão imaculado quanto as fotos que nos atraíram. O café da manhã feito na hora foi além de satisfatório. O estacionamento era abundante. Não hesitaremos em escolher o Embassy para nossa próxima estadia. “We reserved a block of rooms for our son’s wedding. The lobby and common areas (bar and dining area) were excellent places for us to gather between events. The breakfast (included in room rate) was quite outstanding and has something for everyone, including made to order omelets. Yolanda, customer service manager, went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. Free parking for guests in the attached parking garage was vey convenient.”
