Minha estadia foi perfeita e incrível. Quarto recém-limpo. Chuveiro estava perfeitamente limpo. Tinha toalhas limpas no banheiro. As camas foram feitas perfeitas. Eles estavam limpos e eu definitivamente recomendo vir aqui se você estiver na área de visita. Quando entrei pela porta, fui recebido por um dos funcionários simpáticos da noite com um sorriso. Eu definitivamente voltarei novamente quando eu visitar o Texas novamente.

My stay was just perfect and amazing. Freshly clean room. Shower was perfectly clean. Had fresh towels in the bathroom. Beds were made perfect. They were clean and I MOST DEFINITELY highly recommend coming here if you are in the area visiting. When I walked through the door I got greeted by one of the friendly night staff with a smile. I will definitely be coming back again when I visit Texas again.

Este é um Hilton experimentado e verdadeiro. Está aqui há muito tempo, mas está de acordo com os padrões do Hilton. O restaurante aqui também era bom! Tomamos café da manhã, ovos tradicionais, bacon, batatas e torradas que estavam perfeitos. O pão ainda tinha um sabor tão fresco que nos perguntamos se foi feito do zero. Você pode ignorar a água de todos os assentos. O quarto estava muito bom. Relatamos que o ar condicionado não estava frio o suficiente, mesmo em 60, mas tenho certeza de que eles analisarão. Somos leais ao Hilton por um motivo, porque é uma marca maravilhosa. A equipe sempre super agradável e útil também.

Soo very disappointed!!!! Husband booked a surprise night to get away and spend a romantic night away from home, kid free. He booked a balcony room with a king size bed. Usually we stay at a Hilton brand hotel but this was a huge let down. The lobby seemed nice and updates, bright and welcoming. Once off the elevator the floor was cool but had a strange smell to it. We got in the room and it had a huge rip in the carpet next to the bed. The carpet appeared to be wet maybe from shampooing but not sure. The furniture was falling apart and messed up and dusty. The ottoman and chair had stains on them so we didn't even sit on it. The floor had stains in several spot. We only had 2 towels, 2 washcloths and a hand towel. We paid over $200 for a room with a decent view out the window but not Hilton standards on the inside. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE!I honestly feel the Motel 6 down the way may have had a nicer room.

This is a tried and true Hilton. It has been here for a long time but it is up to Hilton standards. The restaurant here was nice too! We had breakfast, traditional eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast that was perfect. The bread even tasted so fresh we wondered if it was made from scratch. You get to overlook the water from all seats. The room was very nice. We did report that the air conditioner was not cold enough even on 60 but I’m sure they will look into it. We are loyal to Hilton for a reason because it is such a wonderful brand. Staff always super nice and helpful as well.

There should be a clear description of their “balcony.” I was disappointed to pay extra for a room with a balcony and lake view because the balcony was a small triangular space that you can only stand on. There was no space to put a chair out to relax and enjoy the view. There are no ice machines on the floors, so you have to pick up a complimentary ice bag from the lobby store. The bar of soap was very thin. My children and I shared one bar of soap that disintegrated after the first use. One nice thing was shortly after check-in, they text me to make sure we were comfortable and checked if we needed anything. For a Hilton hotel and the price of the room, I was expecting better accommodations. Disappointed.

This hotel has been at the water's edge for decades, and it has mold and rust issues in the rooms and in the lobby restrooms. The carpet in the room was lightly damp below the room air conditioner, and the air filter was filthy. The ac didn't cool well at all. The mold was so bad that my son & I turned red with facial flushing and swelling within 5 minutes of entering our room. We had to take extra antihistamines just to function. The next day, the front desk staff agreed to change the air filter but were dismissive of the photos I took showing water stains on the filter.The pool was nice. The public spaces are updated, and there are nice space-themed accents. However, it seems like cosmetic changes to mask the underlying mold and damp issues.

Ótima localização muito perto da NASA e não muito longe da área do calçadão. Hotel parece bastante novo e nosso quarto era grande e limpo. A vista da varanda para o lago é bastante agradável. Quanto mais alto o piso melhor. A equipe foi acima e além para se certificar de que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos. Eles até nos deixaram sair em um espaço de conferência não utilizado após o check-out porque estávamos esperando um voo atrasado. O café da manhã era muito bom com omeletes e waffles feitos na hora, além de um pequeno buffet com todos os padrões, como ovos mexidos, batatas, bacon, frutas, etc.

Great location very close to NASA and not too far from the boardwalk area. Hotel looks fairly new and our room was large and clean. The balcony view of the lake is quite nice. The higher the floor the better. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They even let us hang out in an unused conference space after checkout because we were waiting for a late flight. The breakfast was quite good with made to order omelets and waffles along with a small buffet with all the standards like scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, fruit, ect.

We stayed here a few months ago. A bit pricey. The restaurant was pricey for what you get. Bathroom has a vent going into the room next door and if I was a peeping Tom I could easily entertain myself watching someone take a shower, or worse. I pinned a towel over it. Very weird! I noticed light coming from it when the light was off in our bathroom. Had it not been for that I would have never noticed it. The better view would be of the water. I've had better experiences at cheaper hotels. Not really a place I myself will go back to, unless I had no choice. Wasn't the worst, but definitely not the best.

Great hotel for runners! The lake front rooms have a nice sunrise view of Clear Lake but the best feature for me is the 10 mile running loop right at the hotel. More paths extend from there. This is also a popular area for bicyclists. Fitness center and pool are not special. Breakfast was delicious - $19 buffet exceeded my expectations.

Ambiente muy agradable y moderno. Amplias habitaciones con excelente vista al Clear lake. Cuenta también con desayuno tipo buffet muy completo. Incluso tiene un ATM. Quizá algo que no es muy conveniente es que alrededores lo único que puedes hacer es ir a visitar la NASA, luego, todo queda bastante lejos. (en general si estas en Houston, debes alquilar un auto). Con todo esto ha sido una agradable estadía.

Estuve hospedado este fin de semana del 3 al 4 de Julio y no lo recomiendo el aire acondicionado se arruinó a media noche avise y nunca llego el técnico.La habitación tenía tela de arañas enla rendija del filtro de aire me trataron de cambiar a otra habitación y el aire no funcionaba tampoco muy mal mantenimiento me vine decepcionado de ese lugar no merece ni una estrella
