Please do not use this Hotel during COVID. I was here for 3 nights and I am a silver member. My first room was not clean and I ended up cleaning it. Only reason why I didn’t change was because I had a toddler and too much to carry. Second room with City View was even worse. I heard sounds and playing around the elevators all day. Fire Drill was absolutely unorganized that day and the workersdid not check my room correctly. As I was leaving, the parking garage was closed. I had to go through the staff entrance. As I left the garage the “Exit” was closed. I called the front desk and the lady was very rude. A man finally came after 20 minutes of me and my son sitting in the car and never said sorry. Parking is already $30 a night. Absolutely never again and avoid this place!

Reservei uma estadia em outro lugar que caiu no último minuto, reservado com este estabelecimento e a equipe foi tão útil e tão agradável. O quarto era ótimo, tudo estava limpo. O estacionamento estava fechado por algum motivo, mas o estacionamento para hóspedes da frente estava bom até o fim de semana, mas ainda funcionava. Eu gostei e ficaria novamente.

No coffee or breakfast provided even if a gold or diamond member. There's no coffee makers in the rooms either. I called around to the other Hilton hotels in the area and they are serving breakfast to go and coffee/tea/juice. So it's not a company wide or state policy, this hotel just isn't willing to adapt and it seems like laziness to me. If those amenities don't matter, it's a good place to stay. I've stayed here for the past 6 years when I travel to San Diego. Good location, easy access to highways, good restaurants nearby, traffic isn't bad, etc. My stay here was in late February 2021. I called again today (March 9th 2021) to see if they changed their policy, they have not. They didn't give additional points as compensation.

Booked a stay elsewhere that fell through last minute, booked with this property and the staff was so helpful and so nice. The room was great, everything was clean. The parking garage was closed for some reason but the front guest parking was fine until the weekend but still worked. I liked it and would stay again.

Hotel staff was friendly. Parking was $29 per night. Room was clean, well maintained, a bit noisy on the road/freeway side. Lots of road noise at night... would recommend the mountain side of the building if you want a more quiet night. All in all, not a bad place to stay. Was happy to be there. Very direct route from garage under the hotel up to the lobby. That was very nice. Hotel lobby was very nice as well.

I would like to start off by saying the staff was very professional and friendly however, when we first entered our room our White Socks quickly turned brown and black because of how dirty the carpet was. The reading light attached to the bed was not working. The shower water needed 15 minutes to warm. The worst part of our stay was that there was no room service or cleaning service unless you were staying there for more than a week. After we asked for our room to be cleaned we were left a voicemail letting us know that they do not clean rooms for guests staying under 7 days’ we were shocked. How is this a 4 star hotel when they don’t provide housekeeping? For a pro, The location of the hotel was very convenient to go to the beach or downtown.

Very clean, professional, and great noise reduction from the freeway that's right in front of it. I got a good night's sleep. Also the rooms were very spacious and the beds felt like I was laying on clouds.

Minhas expectativas eram altas depois de entrar em uma entrada lindamente projetada e decorada, além de ver as empregadas limpando a escada.Eu apenas SABIA que esta sala seria INCRÍVEL.Bem, eu estava errado ...Quarto 1404, a geladeira era nojenta e tinha pelos, o chão do banheiro estava sujo, a cabeceira da cama não tinha sido limpa e havia pelos nos lençóis, a fronha estava manchada e eles colocaram, presumivelmente, toalhas limpas na tampa do tanque do vaso sanitário 🤢.Fiquei tão enojado que pedi que meus fundos fossem devolvidos ao meu cartão e fui embora.Eles têm a ousadia de cobrar quase US $ 30 pelo estacionamento.Essas pessoas não se importam com a SAÚDE do público quando estão alugando quartos nessas condições.Recomendo enfaticamente que todos sejam diligentes quanto à limpeza de seu (s) quarto (s).

My expectations were high after walking into a beautifully designed and decorated entrance, in addition to seeing the maids cleaning the staircase.I just KNEW this room would be AWESOME.Well, I was wrong...Room 1404, the refrigerator was nasty and had hairs in it, the bathroom floor was dirty, the headboard had not been cleaned and there were hairs on the sheets, the pillowcase was stained and they put, presumably, clean towels on the toilet tank cover 🤢.I was so disgusted I asked for my funds to be released back to my card and I left.They have the gall to charge almost $30 for parking.These people do not care about the HEALTH of the public when they're renting rooms in these types of conditions.I strongly urge everyone to be diligent about the cleanliness of your room(s).
