We stayed Friday-Monday! For a Hilton hotel, a bit disappointed: Room could have been cleaned better (soiled bed covering), small nats/bugs flying around) bottled water could have been provided some things are "dated"and could be updated..? The staff for evening dinner was awful. So we ate dinner out. Breakfast staff was much better. We were informed to different 3rd parties managed. I rate a 3 because the locations is great for site seeing, restaurants, etc. and the staff did address some of our concerns.If I visit DC again, will not stay at the Canopy! Thank you.

Minha estadia aqui foi excelente! O hotel tem uma localização central para restaurantes, parques, vida noturna e passeios turísticos. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel e a decoração dos quartos eram muito chiques e modernos. O quarto tinha um tamanho ótimo e estava limpo. Oh ea cama era incrivelmente confortável! Eu mandei meu carro para não ter que me preocupar com estacionamento na rua, mas ainda há muitas opções de estacionamento na área, você só precisa estar ciente dos horários e datas para evitar a(s) multa(s). Além disso, se você for um membro Hilton Honors, poderá usar o aplicativo Hilton Honors! E deixe-me dizer-lhe, este aplicativo é INCRÍVEL! Você pode fazer o check-in, obter sua chave virtual (chega de cartões-chave irritantes!), encontrar restaurantes locais, ver a planta do hotel, verificar o clima, usar os controles do quarto (sim, isso significa ajustar o ar / calor, mudar o canal de TV , etc. do seu telefone enquanto está enrolado na cama), e você também pode conferir! Eu não tive que parar na recepção, exceto para manobrista meu carro, que para mim é incrível porque eu não cheguei ao hotel até tarde da noite e eu não estava com vontade de falar muito. ¡Mi estadía aquí fue excelente! El hotel tiene una ubicación céntrica cerca de restaurantes, parques, vida nocturna y lugares de interés turístico. El personal era amable y servicial. El hotel y la decoración de la habitación eran muy elegantes y modernos. La habitación era de gran tamaño y estaba limpia. ¡Ah, y la cama era INCREÍBLEMENTE cómoda! Valeté mi auto para no tener que preocuparme por el estacionamiento en la calle, pero todavía hay muchas opciones de estacionamiento en el área, solo debe tener en cuenta las horas y las fechas para evitar multas. Además, si es miembro de Hilton Honors, puede usar la aplicación Hilton Honors. Y déjame decirte, ¡esta aplicación es IMPRESIONANTE! Puede hacer el check-in, obtener su llave virtual (¡no más tarjetas llave molestas!), encontrar restaurantes locales, ver el plano del piso del hotel, verificar el clima, usar los controles de la habitación (sí, esto significa ajustar el aire/calor, cambiar el canal de televisión , etc. desde su teléfono mientras está acurrucado en la cama), ¡y también puede pagar! Nos alojamos dos parejas, en dos habitaciones los días 25,26 y 27 de Julio. El primer día, en recepción nos preguntaron si queriamos que nos limpiaran la habitacion todos los días. Contestamos que si, que por favor realizaran la limpieza cada día. Tras volver al hotel el primer día a las 21:00 las dos habitaciones estaban sin limpiar. Nos quejamos por ello y al día siguiente limpiaron una y siguieron sin limpiar nuestra habitación, limitandose a darnos toallas y pedir disculpas. Muy decepcionados con el servicio.

My stay here was excellent! The hotel is centrally located to restaurants, parks, nightlife, and sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room decor were very chic and modern. The room was a great size and was clean. Oh and the bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable! I valeted my car so I didn't have to worry about street parking but there are still plenty of parking options in the area, you just have to be aware of the times and dates to avoid getting a ticket(s). Also, if you're a Hilton Honors member you have the ability to use the Hilton Honors app! And let me tell you, this app is AWESOME! You can check in, get your virtual key (no more pesky key cards!), find local restaurants, view the hotel floor plan, check the weather, use room controls (yes, this mean adjust the air/heat, change the tv channel, etc. from your phone while curled up in bed), and you can check out too! I didn't have to stop by the front desk except to valet my car, which for me is awesome because I didn't get to the hotel until late at night and I wasn't in the mood to talk much. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. As a travel advisor and someone who has spent many nights in hotels for business and leisure, this hotel is a 10/10 definitely recommend!

Lugar bonito - novo limpo e moderno. Cada encontro com a equipe foi agradável. Eles sentem que queriam que tivéssemos uma excelente estadia. O lobby tem uma loja de presentes mini artista, sala de TV moderna, bar, jantar e descanso no pátio ao ar livre. Quarto era moderno, muito limpo e camas confortáveis com lençóis de qualidade. Ficaria novamente.

Nossa estadia aqui foi fantástica. Fizemos 2 noites e tivemos um tempo agradável. O quarto era muito limpo e atualizado. Não tínhamos vista, mas chegamos cedo e, em vez de esperar, nos deram um quarto que estava pronto. Tomamos café da manhã lá nos dois dias e foi ótimo. O serviço foi impecável. A localização era fantástica. A uma curta distância de restaurantes. Pegamos um uber para os museus Smithsonian que não era caro. O hotel não é barato, mas você recebe o seu dinheiro e, em seguida, alguns.

Nuestra estancia aquí fue fantástica. Hicimos 2 noches y lo pasamos muy bien. La habitación estaba muy limpia y actualizada. No teníamos vistas pero llegamos temprano y en lugar de hacernos esperar nos dieron una habitación que estaba lista. Desayunamos allí los dos días y fue genial. El servicio fue impecable. La ubicación era fantástica. A poca distancia de restaurantes. Tomamos un súper a los museos Smithsonian que no era caro. El hotel no es barato, pero obtienes tu dinero y algo más.

Cute place - new clean and modern. Every staff encounter was pleasant. They do feel they wanted us to have an excellent stay. The lobby has a mini artistan gift shop, modern TV room, bar, dining, and outdoor patio lounging. Room was modern, very clean, and comfortable beds with quality linens. Would stay again.

Our stay here was fantastic. We did 2 nights and had a pleasurable time. The room was very clean and updated. We had no view but we got there early and instead of having us wait they gave us a room that was ready. We had breakfast there both days and it was great. The service was impeccable. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to restaurants. We took an uber to the Smithsonian museums which was not expensive. The hotel is not cheap but you get your monies worth and then some.

Oh Deus! Fiquei tão agradavelmente surpreendido. Este lugar é simplesmente excelente. É moderno, moderno e aconchegante. Bem pensado em todas as comodidades de estadia - a cama é magnífica. Limpo e confortável. A localização é boa se você não se importa de andar um pouco até o metrô e não se importa com a ausência de restaurantes, lojas ou vida noturna nas proximidades, embora haja uma loja muito fofa no lobby vendendo produtos feitos localmente. O bar do hotel pode ser reparado, mas fecha às 10. E atenção: embora o site do hotel diga que há serviço de quarto, não há, pelo menos não neste momento. Os funcionários foram todos adoráveis.

Limpio y cómodo. La ubicación está bien si no te importa caminar un poco hasta el metro y no te importa la ausencia de restaurantes, tiendas o vida nocturna cerca, aunque hay una tienda muy linda en el vestíbulo que vende productos locales. El bar del hotel es útil pero cierra a las 10. Y atención: aunque el sitio del hotel dice que hay servicio de habitaciones, no lo hay, al menos no en este momento. todo el personal era encantador.

Oh gosh! I was so pleasantly surprised.This place is just outstanding. Its modern, hip, and cozy. Well thought out in all stay amenities-the bed is magnificent. Big pillows, comfortable linens. Lighting, new TV, fresh water, nespresso, glasses, closet, steamer and plugs every where!Extra large towels that actually wrap around your body. Bathroom light modern with a mini mirror.I'm booked again can't wait to go back!

Clean and comfortable. The location is fine if you don't mind a bit of a walk to the Metro and don't care about the absence of nearby restaurants, shops, or nightlife, though there is a very cute shop in the lobby selling locally made products. The hotel bar is serviceable but closes at 10. And heads up: though the hotel site says there's room service there is not, at least not at this time. The staff were all lovely.

O Canopy Washington foi nossa base para explorar a cidade por 4 dias. Está muito bem localizado na cidade e é fácil de percorrer para a maioria das principais atrações. El Canopy Washington fue nuestra base para explorar la ciudad durante 4 días. Está muy bien ubicado en la ciudad y se puede caminar a la mayoría de las principales atracciones. También está cerca de una variedad de paradas de autobús y estaciones de metro para que puedas viajar más lejos.El proceso de registro fue rápido, amable y eficiente, y rápidamente subimos a la habitación. Era sorprendentemente grande y espacioso, además de ser muy elegante. La máquina Nespresso también fue agradable y apreciada después de un largo vuelo.Desayunamos en el restaurante por las mañanas y, aunque no era nada innovador, estaba delicioso y tenía un precio razonable para Washington. The Canopy Washington was our base for exploring the city for 4 days. It’s very well located in the city and is walkable to most major attractions. It’s also close to a variety of bus stops and Metro stations so you can travel further afield. The check in process was quick, friendly and efficient, and we quickly made our way up to the bedroom. It was surprisingly big and spacious, as well as being very stylish. The Nespresso machine was a nice and appreciated after a long flight too. We did have breakfast in the restaurant in the mornings, and although nothing ground-breaking, it was tasty and fairly well priced for Washington. We were thinking about stopping in for a drink one evening but we thought the atmosphere in the bar was a bit flat and corporate, so maybe some improvements could be made there to make it more enticing for leisure stays. Overall the stay was fantastic, and would stay here again in a heartbeat if visiting the beautiful city of Washington!

Qualidade em todos os sentidos, confortável, organizado, os funcionários do Hotel são super simpáticos, educados e prestativos. Quarto com ótima cama, ótimo espaço, ótima TV. Há um ponto negativo nos detalhes da limpeza do quarto, roda de pé suja, banheiro com lodo, tomadas empoeiradas. Trabalho com hospitalidade e sei que o Housekeeping tem um número de minutos por quarto. Pelo preço que o Hotel cobra nas diárias, esse detalhe de limpeza dos quartos não pode acontecer. Períodos de poucos cômodos a serem limpos, têm que ser dedicados aos cômodos vagos para limpar os detalhes. No geral, um ótimo hotel!

Calidad en todos los sentidos, cómodo, organizado, los empleados del Hotel son súper amables, educados y serviciales. Habitación con gran cama, gran espacio, gran TV. Tiene un punto negativo los detalles de limpieza de la habitación, rueda de pie sucia, baño con babas, enchufes polvorientos. Trabajo con hostelería y sé que Housekeeping tiene un número de minutos por habitación. Por el precio que cobra el Hotel en las tarifas diarias, este detalle de limpieza de las habitaciones no puede ocurrir. Los periodos de pocas habitaciones a limpiar, tienen que ser dedicados a las habitaciones libres para limpiar los detalles. En general un gran hotel!

Quality in every way, comfortable, organized, the Hotel employees are super friendly, polite and helpful. Room with great bed, great space, great TV. There is a negative point to the details of cleaning the room, dirty foot wheel, bathroom with slime, dusty sockets. I work with hospitality and I know that Housekeeping's have a number of minutes per room. For the price that the Hotel charges in the daily rates, this detail of cleaning the rooms cannot happen. Periods of few rooms to be cleaned, have to be dedicated to vacant rooms to clean the details. Overall a great hotel!
