Nossa estadia nesse resort foi incrível! As instalações são luxuosas e de muito bom gosto. Piscinas deliciosas, com cascatas e jacuzzis. Uma das piscinas tem borda infinita e é apenas para adultos. A praia do hotel é muito gostosa. Dependendo do horário, praia e piscinas ficam bem cheias e quase sem lugares disponíveis. Toalhas e protetor solar a vontade. Os quartos são bem grandes e super limpos! Todos os funcionários muito disponíveis e educados. O café tinha variedade, porém, acredito que não acompanha o restante. Pouca diversidade de frutas, entre outros. A vista é linda e tem um dos pôr-do-sol mais lindos que já vivenciei! Como o resort e de alto padrão... Alimentação, serviços e afins com custo elevado. Não deixem de dar uma caminhada no fim da tarde na pista que leva de um resort a outros. O cenário é demais!

Beyond Amazing! One of the most beautiful resorts we have ever been to. Welcoming from the second you pull up. The entire restart is immaculate and well taken care of. Every care taken to keep guests safe during the pandemic, from temperature checks, to hand sanitizer on every table during dinning. Way to make your guests feel pampered by handing out extra masks and even sunblock and ice cream to the kids at the pool! The food and drinks, even pool side are fantastic. Our favorite part of Maui! Will definitely be back.

This is a spectacular hotel. It's too bad the snorkeling conditions weren't very good. However, the hotel is gorgeous. With the beautiful landscaping, the torches at night, the four iconic pools, the views above the ocean, the excellent game room excluding air-conditioning of course, and the excellent restaurants. It has everything going for it but the unfortune of being in southwest Maui. If it was north up the coast the experience would be even better with snorkeling and using boats.

Just spectacular! Recently returned from our first trip to Maui and the Four Seasons, and, it was fantastic. From the property, to the views, food, room, and, service, this hotel is the best of the best. When you are talking every day of your trip about how and when you already want to come back, you know you've found the right place. 5 Stars, 12/10, a must stay.

From the moment of stepping out of the cab, everything just oozed pure class, nothing is any trouble at all the service is top notch. When the check in staff realised it was our Honeymoon our room was upgraded to a suite and a bottle of champagne and a rose for my new wife left in the room. On this trip I have stayed at other “5 star” hotels and not had the attention and service received here. Keep the top service up!!

Know what you're in search of before booking. The 4S is simplistic, luxurious, elegant and secluded. All of the hotels in the area offer different takeaway, so if you are looking to relax with little distractions, loud noises and really hone in on exclusiveness, this is the place. Our time at the property revealed to us that the grounds are smaller than the other 5 star resorts but that is what produces the elitist ambiance. The room sizes compared to the competitors are a bit smaller, but though they lack in sqft they make up for it with fine details, fixtures and cleanliness. There is not a surplus of resort based activities, rambunctious behavior or carefree staff members. While like most 5-star stays you are treated in according with your spending, there is no shortage of attentive staff members. This property is where the wealthy stay when they visit Maui and want to be tucked away, secluded from others and to flaunt wealth or status. If you are a couple, family or other that desires that type of a stay, look no further. If you are in search of a event filled honeymoon, loud music, lively pool bars, water slides, other properties would suit you better. Overall the 4S provides the top notch customer service and grounds of a 5-star hotel, however the particular enjoyment of your stay at the resort really depends what you are in search of. The amenities did not seem to differ that much compared to a stay at the Fairmont, but the overall attention to detail and architecture definitely stood out, is it a step above the rest. The 4S is voted one of the best hotels in the world for a reason.

A hospitalidade foi ótima desde o momento em que chegamos. O recepcionista nos encontrou no carro com um colar de flores e miçangas. Riki que trouxe nossas malas para o quarto foi muito útil. Ele nos deu uma lista de restaurantes locais que deveríamos experimentar, além de nos informar sobre os melhores localizados ao lado do hotel. O nosso quarto era bom, limpo e espaçoso.

The hospitality was great from the moment we arrived. The greeter met us at the car with a flower lei and beads. Riki who brought our bags to the room was very helpful. He gave us a list of local restaurants we should try as well as informing us of the best ones located in side of the hotel. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious.

Nothing overlooked and will return, the outdoor setting everywhere you go is so peaceful and beautiful.The upgraded water view room was a little shy on a big view of the ocean and more of a view of the other porches. The restaurants and pools are perfect.

Minha esposa e eu hospedado aqui 7 noites para nossa lua e não decepcionou. O serviço foi absolutamente alto nível da equipe no café-da-manhã, atendentes de piscina, para a equipe da recepção. Todos foram extremamente prestativos e proporcionaram a melhor experiência. As vistas são de morrer e a praia de Wailea é considerada uma das melhores por um bom motivo. O quarto era ótimo e todas as comodidades eram da mais alta qualidade.

Generally great!One housekeeper, Rosa does a great job; when she is off, other guy does pretty poor job. I hot a massage...it was good, but not what I expected for expensive resort massage.Pools are awesome; located near nice shopping area.Lots of options for ocean activities.We saw so many whales from the shore.

My wife and I stayed here 7 nights for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The service was absolutely top notch from the staff at breakfast, pool attendants, to the front desk staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and delivered the best experience. The views are to die for and Wailea beach is regarded as one of the best for good reason. The room was great and all amenities were of the highest quality.

O Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea é incrível! Visitamos em novembro de 2021 para nosso aniversário de casamento e não poderíamos ter pedido uma acomodação melhor. Os quartos eram extremamente confortáveis e a varanda com vista para o Pacífico eram tão relaxantes. Um toque adicional foi ter a música havaiana no banheiro - adorei tanto! Os jardins eram bonitos e bem conservados, e as piscinas eram refrescantes. A piscina de borda infinita para adultos e o bar aquático foram especialmente ótimos! Fizemos a experiência de canoa outrigger que foi um destaque especial, pois conseguimos experimentar Maui da água e ver muitas tartarugas! Café-da-manhã no DUO todas as manhãs foi maravilhoso, e sempre havia mimos refrescantes ao redor da piscina todas as tardes. Gostaríamos de agradecer especialmente a Volt no DUO e Rowena na piscina - sua gentileza e hospitalidade tornaram nossa viagem ainda mais especial e agradecemos muito! Você simplesmente não pode superar a hospitalidade do Four Seasons… Mahalo para ótimas férias!

Cannot heap enough praise on this property and its stellar staff. Beautiful, elegant, sophisticated and also friendly and homey. Every single person who helped us, including the turn-down maids at night, called us by name. You can tell they are happy to work here. Great food and beverages, best location on the island. Pricey and worth every cent. Bravo!

Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is incredible! We visited in November 2021 for our wedding anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the lanai with views of the pacific were so relaxing. An added touch was having the Hawaiian music in the bathroom - loved this so much! The grounds were beautiful and well-kept, and the pools were refreshing. The adult infinity pool and swim-up bar were especially great! We did the outrigger canoe experience which was a special highlight as we got to experience Maui from the water and see lots of turtles! Breakfast at DUO every morning was wonderful, and there were always refreshing treats around the pool every afternoon. We would like to say a special thank you to Volt at DUO and Rowena at the pool - your kindness and hospitality made our trip even more special, and we truly appreciate you! You simply cannot beat Four Seasons hospitality… Mahalo for a great vacation!
