“I’m miffed by the attitudes of the ladies at the front desk at this hotel. Example- I asked for a water, the response was her asking my room number, and then a rude “normally you would ask for this when you check in, but I will give it to you this time”. A case of water costs around $4, which means the water was approximately .16 to .25 cents a bottle. I’m a diamond member ( big deal, I know) , and “normally” I’m given a water bottle or 2 happily by the front desk attendants at the other Hilton hotels I stay at on a very regular basis. Normally, we are given daily room service. Normally, our rooms are clean when we arrive. Normally there’s a bartender at the lounge when the hotel advertises evening bar hours. Normally, we are treated nicely when we have a simple request-and, normally, I would never take the time to write a review. In these days of getting much less from the hotels than we pay for, it seems like a .25 cent bottle of water would be an easy win…. I know- operations have changed due to Covid. Time to move on, this excuse is getting way to old- we all know why the services have been cut. How about investing all the money being saved in some simple guest courtesy coaching classes?????”

“There is nothing terrible about this place, but it clear that this is an older facility that had a remodel at some point. Unfortunately, the remodel is showing its age. Fitness center feels like an afterthought. It is half the size of a basic room. One is literally a crowd. On top of that the room is further cut down in size because it is a pass through to the pool and "staff only" areas so wet feet and constant door opening is a regular occurrence. It's a shame considering how big this place is and the room they have... knock down a wall or two. ...though, conveniently located to anything you could want for a short stay.”
