“Hands down, Vivian was the highlight of our stay. She was the most bubbly, polite and just down right genuine person we encountered during our entire visit. That woman deserves a raise! Also, the gentleman at the front desk when we were checking out was very polite and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with a decent variety but it truly was the people that made our stay so great! I do hope Vivian is made aware of all of these raving reviews, she deserves each and every one.”

“I stayed at this hotel with my mom, it was a quick trip as we just went down for one night to a twins game.. I’m pregnant so no drinking/rowdiness was involved. We got charged an additional $100. We tried contacting the hotel for a week after our stay and the manager was never available. We kept trying and finally a lady had said it was for damages. I can guarantee there was 0 damage to the hotel as we both work in a hotel setting. She was unable to tell us what the charges were for. We called back again later that day and spoke to the same lady and she said it was for stealing an ice bucket. Why would we do that….. and $100 for an ice bucket is a bit outrageous. If we needed an ice bucket we would take it from our hotel😂 and with us working in a hotel I can guarantee an ice bucket doesn’t cost more than $20. It’s been 2 months now and the manager still hasn’t returned voicemails, calls, notes that his front desk staff has left him. I will never stay here again, nor recommend this hotel to any friends or family.”
