“Was in Chicago for a family function so this place was a great location for us. We've enjoyed using the Hilton Honors App. Been very useful. The room was.nice. Only problem was the bathroom sink was clogged. Mentioned it to the front desk but she didnt seem to be to concerned about it. So that's a big Negative. Requested towels and was told to come get them myself. From the front desk. Someone should have been available to bring them to our room. Aside from that, everything else was fine. Will continue to stay at Hilton because more often than not, service is always great.”
