“Friendly staff and small rooms for two people at a fair price. Great location makes this a 4 star. Across street from largest mall in Cancun, convenient stores, casino and bus transportation. Walmart market store and car rental even closer.”

“Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this hotel! Everything about this place is garbage. The hygiene is unacceptable! Rooms are filthy, they smell terrible and house keeping seems to do nothing when cleaning. It seems like they don’t change the sheets and put dirty towels in the bathroom. Breakfast also makes you want to throw up, the food is stale and disgusting. The staff members aren’t very welcoming and lack customer service skills. Housekeepers are rude and stingy with towels and refuse to provide clean ones. I have never had such a hideous experience like this before!”
