“I had a four hour drive to stay the night. Before we left, we noticed our room was a hundred dollars or so less that day so I called, asked someone at the desk about honoring that room amount. They said yes that would be fine and when I get to the hotel finally four hours later, the lady at the desk did not even tell me the amount before charging and it was $488. When I was told on the phone that the price that day and that they would honor was $327. The room was not worth that much money. No fridge. No microwave. Loud guests. Horrible area. Valet was $62. Worst experience and we travel a lot. Never again.”

“El servicio de recepción está muy bien, el chico que nos atendió muy atento y amable.Le pongo un 5 justillo porque nosotros estuvimos de luna de miel y como detalle nos pusieron solo dos botellas de agua, además de que el aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido ya que funciona por conductos y aunque lo apagues sigue haciendo ruido por el conducto general, y encendido tampoco refrigeraba la habitación, hemos pasado calor.Tiene wifi gratuito, pero la conexión es muy lenta.”
