“Checked in to the hotel and when we got to our room we noticed black mold in the shower area. Spoke with the clerk at the front desk and no other rooms were available. We had to check out and get another room for the last night of our stay and that room was worse. The black mold and clumps of hair outside the shower obviously they don't clean their rooms. Best part was the manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me. Guess customer service isnt on the managers minds when they have a customer issue. I have some fantastic pictures but can't post them here”

“Stayed here for a week. There was a sign in the room stating that housekeeping service needs to be requested. I requested for the room to be cleaned on the 3rd night. Went outto work on the fourth day, came back and the room was not cleaned. Requested again on the fourth day evening, came back from work and the room still was not cleaned. Finally got to speak to Jeff, the GM. He blamed it on me for not knowing the rules and spoke to me in a very bad manner. I complained about the room and for not getting soap, shampoo, towels and water. Jeff said that water is not complimentary here and it’s like that at every Embassy suites. (There was a sign in the room saying that drinking water is complimentary). Jeff promised to have my room cleaned the following day (6th day).Guess what, I came back from work and the room still was not cleaned, nothing restocked.I went down to the front desk asking for Jeff. The guy at front desk apologized and handled everything very calmly. He even got someone to come to my room and changed the bed sheet and restocked right away. Jeff the GM showed up and never apologized, he just told me that he would give me Hilton Points if I was a Hilton Honors member (which I am).So my room got cleaned once on the sixth day and Jeff the GM clearly does not know how to deal with customers.It’s been two days and the Hilton points he promised me is still not in my account. Worst experience ever.”
