“Pathetic experience. Firstly, they cancelled the room (with Falls view) we booked with a stating it was done due to storm damage. Staff at the reception weren’t apologetic of the situation and told us to cancel the room free of charge. Apparently, that’s the best they can do. Secondly, since the room we booked was cancelled, they gave us a standard room which had an old smell. The bathroom could use an upgrade. The shower was broken and water wouldn’t drain. Standard Room charge per night was $100 plus taxes. Definitely not worth that much. It’s best to avoid this hotel.”

“The Staff were very pleasant. Check in and out was very quick. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We parked on site. The parking lot was well maintained. We walked to nearby restaurants and the Casino. A farther walk to see the Falls. We had a better experience here than what we had at one of the larger hotels in Niagara Falls. We would definitely stay here again.”
