Fez reserva e foi totalmente discriminado e negado o atendimento. Eles pegaram $ 150 do meu dinheiro em espera e disseram que meu cartão foi negado, o que era uma mentira total, porque eu tinha dinheiro suficiente. Era tarde. Tive que providenciar babá e ficar em um hotel diferente que não teve problemas em aceitar meu cartão que é um grande banco e dinheiro. Nunca mais e irei corporativo

Fiquei 2 noites e reservei diretamente através do hotel. O check-in foi fácil e indolor. Os quartos tinham um lacre na porta para garantir que você soubesse que foram limpos e que ninguém os usou desde a última limpeza. Devido ao COVID-19 não havia serviço de limpeza, mas eles encheram o quarto com tantas toalhas que eu não precisei ligar e pedir mais. O quarto era limpo e os travesseiros eram muito confortáveis. O hotel era super silencioso quando você não tinha a porta da varanda aberta.A única reclamação foi que a vista da marina deixou a desejar devido à Cheesecake Factory do outro lado da rua. Ao todo, um ótimo lugar para desfrutar de um fim de semana fora e eu definitivamente voltarei.

Esta foi a minha primeira estadia aqui, o hotel foi ótimo! Bons preços e linda vista do RB Harbor do meu lindo quarto !! A localização é fantástica e há muito estacionamento no local (US $ 16 por dia, mas o meu estava incluído no pacote que recebi !!)! Meu amigo e eu reservamos um tempo na piscina (regras covid) e foi ótimo estar na piscina e deitado !!! O hotel dispõe de várias comodidades (piscina, jacuzzi, bicicletas, pátio exterior com lareira e aquecedores! Pequeno-almoço incluído! Tenha em atenção que durante a época de covid não é permitido tomar o pequeno almoço, acender a lareira ou utilizar o jacuzzi por conta de covid regras, mas eventualmente essas coisas estarão funcionando novamente, mas não prejudicaram nossa visita! Fomos capazes de ir a pé a vários restaurantes e ao cais de Redondo Bch! Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente quando precisar de um hotel em Los Angeles!!!

This was my first stay here and the hotel was great!! Good prices and lovely view of the RB Harbor from my beautiful room!! The location is fantastic and there is plenty of on-site parking ($16 daily,but mine was included in the pkg I got!!)! My friend and I reserved a time in the pool (covid rules) and it was great being in the pool and laying out!!! The hotel has alot of amenities (pool, jacuzzi, bikes, outdoor patio with fireplace and heaters! Breakfast included! Keep in mind that during covid they aren't allowed to have breakfast, light the fireplace or have the jacuzzi being used due to covid rules, but eventually these things will be up and running again, but they didn't detract from our visit at all! We were able to walk to several restaurants and the Redondo Bch pier!! I will definitely stay here again when needing a hotel in Los Angeles!!!

I stayed 2 nights and booked directly through the hotel. Check in was easy and painless. The rooms had a seal on the door to make sure you knew they'd been cleaned and that no one has used them since the last cleaning. Due to COVID-19 there was no room cleaning service but they stocked the room with so many towels that I didn't need to call down and ask for more. The room was clean and the pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was super quiet when you didn't have the balcony door open. The only complaint was the marina view left something to be desired due to the Cheesecake Factory directly across the street. All in all, a great place to enjoy a weekend away and I'll definitely be back.

Made a reservation and was totally discriminated and denied service. They took $150 of my money on hold and then said my card was denied which was a total lie because I had very well enough money. It was late. Had to arrange for babysitting and stay at a different hotel which had no issues accepting my card which is a big bank and money. Never again and I will be going corporate

Minha namorada e minha estadia no Redondo Beach Hotel foi tão tranquila. Antecipamos as restrições devido ao COVID, mas Kelly tornou nossa visita o mais tranquila possível. Ela foi muito atenciosa e prestativa, com um sorriso gentil por trás da máscara. Com a bela vista e o clima, minha namorada e eu pudemos aproveitar alguns dias da vida na praia. Kelly recomendou ouvir o latido das focas à noite, definir horários para piscinas e sugerir o aluguel de bicicletas do outro lado da rua a preços razoáveis. Você não pode errar com uma estadia no Redondo Beach Hotel. Toneladas de coisas para fazer e experimentar.

My girlfriend and My stay at The Redondo Beach Hotel was so smooth. We anticipated the restrictions due to COVID, but Kelly made our visit as smooth as possible. She was very thoughtful and helpful with a kind smile behind the mask. With the beautiful view and weather, my girlfriend and I got to soak up a few days of the beach life. Kelly recommended listening to the seals bark at night, set up pool schedules and suggested renting bicycles just across the street at reasonable prices. You can't go wrong with a stay at the Redondo Beach Hotel. Tons of things to do and experience.

Definitivamente 5 estrelas. Desde a primeira chamada feita para fazer uma alteração com o nosso quarto. Ryan foi super complacente e fez isso com muita gentileza. Mike na recepção foi bom e forneceu um serviço incrível, de estacionamento e acesso à piscina. Com tantas restrições com viagens durante esses períodos, a equipe foi incrível. Educado. Prestável e fez tudo com um sorriso. O próprio hotel é bom e limpo. Os quartos eram limpos, atualizados e a cama era super confortável. Mal posso esperar para voltar quando as admissões normais estiverem funcionando.

Definitely 5 star. From the first called made to make a change with our room. Ryan was super accommodating and did it with such kindness. Mike at front desk was nice and provided amazing service, from parking and pool access. With so many restrictions with traveling during these times the staff was awesome. Polite. Helpful and did everything with a smile. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The rooms were clean, updated and the bed was super comfortable. Can't wait to return when the normal admentities are up and running.
