Utilizado apenas as piscinas com cabanas, mas que tempo excelente que tivemos de férias. Excelente equipe que foi tão útil. Piscinas eram boas com crianças e adultos diferentes. A maior parte da ação foi na orla. Muito seguro para pequenos e adultos (monitoramento de vídeo). Refrigerante e água grátis. Protetor solar também foi fornecido. Ótimo acesso à praia. Areia por dias ... não posso esperar para voltar.

Only used the pools with cabanas but what an excellent time we had on vacation. Great staff who were so helpful. Pools were good with kids and adults different. Most of the action was at the waterside. Very safe for little ones and adults ( video monitoring). Free soda and water. Sunscreen was provided as well. Great beach access. Sand for days....cannot wait to come back.

As some of the recent reviewers mentioned, spend your money elsewhere. The only 5* feature of this hotel is their room price. Otherwise, it’s a good 3* hotel with big rooms and a business model that is oriented towards corporate events and daily visitors. If you pay your own money and hope to get a high-quality relaxing vacation, you’re not in the right place. You will face tons of random people who either only come for a day and rent out ‘cabanas’ near the pool or endless corporate events with loud music (why entertain hotel guests when you have corporates?) and pool parties till 1am with drunk corporate employees screaming and laughing just below your windows. If this is not enough, all the facilities and grounds are extremely outdated, the food is mediocre and pricy, the beach is small and dirty (!), and the hotel itself located not near the main Wailea beach (where all the other 5* hotels are) but further aside. On a positive side, the breakfast is decent and the service is good. But this certainly can’t change to overall deep disappointment….

The rooms are clean although outdated. The service as great, the stuff was very friendly. However, the grounds are very outdated, the beach is not being cleaned. The hotel hosts many organizations/ groups that spend all their time drinking in the pools. By 4 pm the whole crowd is drunk and it feels like student spring break party. You absolutely can’t relax anywhere. We end up going to Four season beach all the time. Not a 5 star hotel for families or couple who came to relax and recharge. Stay away!

Lindo hotel e resort e um destino perfeito para nossa primeira visita ao Havaí e uma celebração do estado final em nossa missão de 50 estados. Os bares e restaurantes no local eram ótimos, as pessoas em todos os lugares eram amigáveis e prestativas, e não poderíamos estar mais satisfeitos. Nós estávamos lá pouco antes do início das reformas, o que provavelmente o tornou um pouco mais silencioso do que o habitual, mas gostamos de um pouco mais de “sala de cotovelo”. Adoraríamos voltar após a conclusão das reformas, e temos certeza de que ficará ainda mais bonito!Uma dica seria que, para realmente apreciar a vista para o mar, geralmente seria preferível um quarto no terceiro andar ou superior. Tínhamos um quarto no segundo andar, que estava um pouco bloqueado por árvores e flores. Caso contrário, o quarto e as vistas eram maravilhosos! Nós gostamos de ver as jubartes na baía, bem como os vários surfistas e remadores.

Beautiful hotel & resort and a perfect destination for our first-ever visit to Hawaii and a celebration of the final state on our 50-state quest. The on-site bars & restaurants were terrific, the people everywhere were friendly and helpful, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We were there just before the beginning of renovations, which probably made it a bit quieter than usual, but we enjoyed a bit more “elbow room.” We would love to return after the renovations are complete, and are sure it will be even more beautiful! One tip would be that in order to really enjoy the ocean views, a room on the third floor or higher would generally be preferred. We had a second floor room, which was blocked a bit by trees and flowers. Otherwise the room and the views were wonderful! We enjoyed watching humpbacks in the bay as well as the various surfers and rowers.

Great place for a breakfast buffet. We stayed at the Wailea Beach Resort for 5 days and still found our way here for two mornings. That's how good the breakfast buffet is! Venus served us for both days and she is kind, caring and attentive. The food selection is good. They have oatmeal, salmon, meat, delicious bacon, fruits, and an omelette station. Everything is fresh. I especially liked their bacon.

Quatro de nós tivemos um buffet de café-da-manhã lá. MUITO BOM!! Serviço foi maravilhoso com Venus como nosso servidor. A comida estava ótima! Sentimos falta de uma omelete, não vimos o sinal até que estávamos saindo. Mas agora você sabe que eles têm uma mesa de omeletes!! 😊 Nós nos divertimos❣️ Obrigado Vênus!!

Four of us had a breakfast buffet there. VERY GOOD!! Service was wonderful with Venus as our server. The food was great! We missed getting an omelet, didn't see the sign until we were leaving. But now you know that they have an omelet table!! 😊 We enjoyed ourselves❣️ Thanks Venus!!

Adorável hotel! Visitei aqui para um jantar no restaurante Ko (delicioso por sinal, um dos melhores da ilha). Os grandes e vastos terrenos do hotel são plataformas cuidadosamente ajardinadas que descem até as praias de areia do oceano. Estávamos aqui a ver o majestoso pôr-do-sol e as lanternas das tochas a serem tradicionalmente acesas acompanhadas pelos chifres de concha 🐚. Maravilhoso!

Stayed here for business for about a week and it was a really lovely experience! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great food and amenities. The concierge staff is very helpful for planning excursions, there are lots of easy transportation choices for many areas around the island and the hotel is close to so much! We did a 90 minute "awa" couples massage at the spa and it was delicious! Just what the doctor ordered. Hubby rode the peloton a few times in the gym. We would rotate between the beach and tranquility pool and hot tub each day. Really great views from the rooms and we found a nice little "market" on Friday morning in the lobby for some nice last minute souvenirs. Already looking forward to coming back with our kids someday!

Lovely hotel! Visited here for a dinner at Ko restaurant (delicious by the way, one of the best on the island). Big, vast hotel grounds are thoughtfully landscaped platforms going down all the way to the ocean sandy beaches. We were here watching the majestic sunset and the torch lanterns being traditionally lit accompanied by the shell 🐚 horns. Wonderful!

Minha esposa e eu ficamos aqui para a última noite de nossa lua de mel, e não podemos dizer pontos positivos suficientes sobre aqui! A propriedade mais bonita, funcionários incrivelmente simpáticos e atenciosos em todas as áreas do hotel, e os quartos são muito maiores e mais luxuosos pelo preço do que os outros hotéis da região. A comida no Ko e o buffet de café da manhã foram destaques, e o spa também foi incrível. A recepção foi ainda capaz de obter-nos um check-in antecipado extra e check-out tardio para que pudéssemos desfrutar de algum tempo adicional na propriedade, o que foi muito bem-vindo. Gostaríamos de ficar novamente no futuro!

Went for their Christmas buffet and it was a very nice experience. We were able to get a private table outside, and our server Laurent was knowledgeable and attentive. The pastry chef created some wonderful items, but the star of the show were the crab claws, spicy tuna rolls, and the breads were fantastic. Worth the trip up there if you can.

My wife and I stayed here for the final night of our honeymoon, and we can't say enough positives about here! The most beautiful property, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff in all areas of the hotel, and the rooms are much larger and more luxurious for the price than the other hotels in the area. The food at Ko and the breakfast buffet were both highlights, and the spa was amazing as well. The front desk was even able to get us an extra early check-in and late check-out so that we could enjoy some additional time on the property, which was very welcomed. We would love to stay again in the future!

Fantástico resort para pasar unos días con la familia. Las villas son muy grandes y bien equipadas. Los servicios del hotel fantásticos. Piscina abierta todo el día. La playa del hotel fantástica. El servicio de desayuno muy completo. Playa en el mismo hotel.
