“While reduced, service was just great. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast service people were just the best. Nice clean room. Our tub had an amateur repair to damaged glazing on the edge, so clean and functional but it needs a proper repair or replacement.”

“We have stayed here multiple times over the years. This time we had a room by the elevators. It was so loud. I heard the elevators running all night. Between that and BART outside the windows, there was a lot of noise. The sound proofing needs improvement. The staff were nice. However the valet was understaffed.”
