Wonderful customer service! Took my mother here for her birthday and we had an amazing afternoon. The tea selection is much better than other spas and lunch was perfect ! Will definitely be back soon!

Had such an amazing weekend celebrating my birthday at Four Seasons Toronto. dBar is fabulous for drinks and absolutely love the attention to detail. The service is impeccable. Truly loved staying here and can’t wait to be back - thank you for the best birthday weekend ever!

To begin with,I went there on my birthday and the room was decorated for me with a gift hamper. The room was sweetly decorated. The rooms are quite large with a top notch service. The most important and impressive point is the price. Other hotels with a similar or even lesser class will charge way more. Highly satisfied.

Love it. Hotel staffs are extremely polite, carry smile faces from you get off your car to lead you inside. You find fresh seasonal flowers inside the hotel decor, very impressive. The cleanliness is the number 1 I count especially on a snowy day. Two thumbs up.

Well... It was my first time there attending to a company event, and it was spectacular, the food was incredibly delicious. The squash ravioli was phenomenal, the meat really soft and lava cake was the cherry on the cake. 2 bars, unfortunately only 2 good bartenders. Friendly staff. Beautiful place. 5 stars and definitely coming back soon. Thanks.
