Achei os quartos um pouco velhos para um hotel desse porte. Mas estávamos só de passagem por conta de um vôo cancelado e atendeu bem. Aliás, oferecia transfer para o aeroporto, o que é um ponto positivo. O café da manhã tinha um preço razoável e opções legais para brasileiros que não aguentam mais fastfood ao acordar.

My organization held our annual conference there this past week and I was very disappointed. The lobby and meeting areas were very impressive; however the rooms and customer service lacked greatly. Only one microwave per floor. Only one elevator worked most of the time. Items attached to the walls were not secure. The shower head had a huge uncovered hole in the wall. Breakfast should be included in the stay. Front desk staff had a very unbothered attitude when requesting assistance. Requested an ironing board on Monday evening and never received it before I checked out on Thursday. I put in the request twice.

Had our conference here. During the week, only one or two elevators were working the entire time, many of us found and used the service elevator. The dinner, specifically the beef dish, we had catered causes food illnesses in several people and from the smell and texture, should not have been served at all. The conference rooms themselves were nice and large with several restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were decent.

Fiquei neste hotel por quase 12 horas, pois meu voo da Turkish Airlines foi remarcado. No entanto, minha experiência de ficar aqui foi alucinante. Eu nunca vi um lobby tão gigantesco em nenhum dos hotéis que visitei anteriormente. Também os quartos são bastante grandes com todas as comodidades necessárias. Um grande polegar para cima para o seu pequeno-almoço buffet.

I stayed in this hotel for hardly 12 hours as my Turkish Airlines flight got rescheduled. However my experience of staying here was mind-blowing. I've never seen such a humongous lobby in any of the hotels I've visited earlier. Also the rooms are quite big with all necessary amenities. A big thumbs up for their Buffet Breakfast.

It’s a nice place but they don’t keep the place up. 2 of the 4elevators were not working, making for long waits. The pool was closed for some reason. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. The two lights by our beds we’re missing the shades, just exposed bulbs, and the lock on our bathroom door wasn’t working. They could certainly do better.

This hotel is by far one of the nicest places I have stayed at. The lobby itself is very impressive with the bar at the front, the big lounge area, and even a Starbucks inside. We didn't have a reservation but it was no problem. We were able to get a room. The room itself was very beautiful, clean, and we had a view of the whole city. The beds were soft and comfortable. The parking was easy and I felt safe knowing the security was outside constantly patrolling. I will say that there was a few small things that kind of threw it off, like a flimsy elevator panel where the buttons are or the TV connection being staticky.

Tivemos um grande momento neste hotel! Eu estava lá para uma conferência e o serviço de catering foi excelente. O hotel é limpo, meu quarto também. O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável. Eu amo a área do lobby deste hotel, muito espaço para se esticar e uma variedade de lugares diferentes para trabalhar. A equipe foi muito atenciosa, educada e profissional. Eu definitivamente ficaria neste local novamente na próxima vez que estiver na cidade.O hotel está localizado muito perto de uma praça de compras com restaurantes. Isso o torna conveniente se você estiver procurando almoçar depois que o restaurante fechar. Há um Starbucks localizado dentro do hotel. Está disponível um serviço de transporte de/para o aeroporto a cada 30 minutos.

Had a great time at this hotel! I was there for a conference and the catering service was excellent. The hotel is clean, my room was as well. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I love the lobby area of this hotel, plenty of room to stretch out and a variety of different places to work. The staff was very accommodating, polite and professional. I would definitely stay at this location again the next time I’m in town. The hotel is located very close to a shopping plaza with restaurants. This makes it convenient if you’re looking for lunch after the restaurant closes. There’s a Starbucks located inside the hotel. Shuttle service is available and runs to/from the airport every 30 minutes.

Natalie checked me in here at the Hilton. I’ve stayed here before. She exemplifies excellent customer service. Natalie goes out of her way to make sure you have the best experience! She is a stellar employee. She is always pleasant, and remains calm when the lines get long and is so sweet. The rooms here at the Hilton are very nice. The gym is amazing they have one of the best breakfast’s! I highly recommend this place to stay 😍

Estuvimos en la habitación 325. Muy agradable para el descanso. Limpio y ordenado.Aunque le faltaba que funcionará el refrigerador (despues me di cuenta que estaba desconectado de la corriente) y no nos dejaron vasos para preparar café.Creo que deberían de tener una guía de canales para búsqueda rápida.Tambien se oye bastante los sonidos de los baños del cuarto vecino, cuando se bañan, cua do le bajan al inodoro, etc. (solamente eso, no voces)Para el precio considero que deberían de incluir el desayuno gratis y no es así.

Me enamore de este hotel,, es un lugar muy acogedor y la cama no se diga, lo único q no me gusto fue el parqueadero ya q varios carros estaban ocupando dos espacios , en cuanto a lo demás, todo estuvo excelente

La habitación es muy cómoda, amplia y se puede dormir muy bien, pero la alberca siempre está llena de hojas y flores, no se me hace muy limpia, al rededor hay lugares para comer, sin embargo es como una zona de oficinas, y ciertos días suele estar muy solo

Excelente lugar. Staff amable. Habitación impecable y super silenciosa. La suite muy agradable. Debo mencionar que hice reservacion por teléfono y hubo un error, muy amablemente resolvieron la confusión y no tuve que pagar extra. Muy cerca del aeropuerto Bush, definitivamente este será mi hotel en Houston.

Estuve en el hotel para una capacitación. El salón estaba muy cómodo y el montaje permitía que tuvieras muy buena visibilidad de los conferencistas. El servicio de café y desayuno fue excelente y el personal en general fue muy amable.
