Pretty nice hotel. Room was clean and the temperature control was good. Decently updated. They give you $20 to spend on breakfast at the restaurant or the store. Best bagel I’ve had in a while from the store. And bonus was that this hotel is historical. This is where President Reagan was “shot”.

It was a great stay! Had a wonderful service and staff amazing. Attended a conference and everything was great! Some tips on the practical side: If you plan on bringing food to your stay be aware no appliances are allowed in room other than those provided (coffee maker) there is only one microwave at the lobby and there is no mini fridge :). ❤️

it is a family hotel. it is located in a spot near the city center but also in the suburbs like Georgetown. delicious breakfast but also its restaurant has flavors for every taste and palate! the rooms are warm, clean with large anatomical beds and pillows! It is a hotel that makes you feel comfortable and relax!!!

My expectations were met with this hotel I'd say. Rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel is well maintained. There are two bars on site and I especially liked the coffee shop. There is an area to work in in the lobby and there is a pool too. Location is decent as it's a 5 minute walk from Du Pont Circle with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. I'd happily stay there again.

Worst hotel stay I've ever had! Checked into my room on a Monday night. I was booked in room 7104. Around 10:30pm I started hearing a large, loud group of people which I thought was coming from next door. I called security three times and they assured me they checked and didn't hear any noise. By 11:30pm I called again and asked security to come to my room so they'd hear how loud it was. Security determined it was coming from the room above me. They indicated they'd go up and remind them of quiet hours. Around 12:10am the noise continued and was even louder, presumably due to consumption of alcohol. I called security again and they told me there was nothing they could do. I then received a call from Evan, the overnight supervisor, who told me so sorry, but this group booked a hospitality suite above my room and although they are very loud, they couldn't ask them to quiet down. Excuse me! You have a large group of people in a hospitality suite disrupting the stay of multiple guests on multiple floors and YOU can't address the noise? Evan continued to assert the only thing he could do for me was move me to another room. I explained that at almost 1am, why should I be inconvenienced because of a group that is being very loud and disruptive. The hotel has the authority to instruct the group to turn it down. Evan continued to assert he would not ask this group to quiet down and my only option was to move rooms. I then called the police and let them know that there is a disorderly crowd on the 8th floor at the Hilton. At some point they arrived as by 2am the party had been busted up.

From the walk in to the checking in checking out, the concierge everyone was super pleasant and nice!!!! My room was clean and had enough extra room. House keeping came every morning. The charging of microwave was a turnoff and the resort fee but let me see how my bills ends up being before changing my reviews. As of right now I give 5 star.

Location is wonderful, it's close to a few bus stations, and it's easy to walk to a lot of restaurants and bars. The building itself is beautiful and very fancy in the lobby. The rooms are clean and average. The room runs a bit hot and the ac is a bit shotty, but it's bearable. There is a nice pool and a kiddie pool (no hot tub) and a nice updated gym with a few spinning bikes, treadmills and weight equipment. Also I can't rate it lower than 4 stars because of the history ;)

I recently stayed at the Washington Hilton for a work conference and my experience was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The furniture had some wear as is expected with time but nothing that impacted the comfort or functionality of the room. My room faced the courtyard and one night there was an even held there with music playing but the music off my 10PM at the latest do it didn't interfere with my rest at all. When I arrived, I found that my digital key wasn't working and the front desk staff member was extremely apologetic and provided me with a standard key card which worked flawlessly for my entire stay. Hallways are dark but not drab, that's just the design. Elevators are small in size but they move very quickly so I never had to wait long even if I skipped the first option. Everyone on staff was polite, friendly and professional, from the front desk staff to the concierge to the bartenders to the housekeeping staff to the event staff. When I checked in I requested extra towels be sent to the room and when I got to the room, before I could even put my suitcase down, housekeeping was at my door and it was followed up by a call later that evening to ensure I had received them. I also used the Hilton app several times to chat with the front desk and they always answered my questions quickly and accurately.

Great location. Easily seen from the road. Helpful staff. Overpriced convenience store; for example $16 for a premade cold tuna sandwich and $12 for two bottled drinks. Hotel is busy and much traffic in and out at all hours of the night. The room and commode is tinier than most. Room needs a thorough wipe and dusting from ceiling, walls, furniture and everything. Shower strength is super hot, strong and continuous. 👍

For a four star hotel, I have to say they do not provide anything worth it. If you have a ton of money to spend and like the historical significance of this hotel then you can consider this hotel, or else I would say this place is a rip off. Better of staying somewhere else. Honestly, just a waste of money. They are basically robbing people by exploiting the fact that street parking isn't possible for people who are new tothe place. Charging over $50 each day even after paying so much for rooms is just pathetic. The hotel itself if also not worth the money anymore, rooms are outdated and does not have any proper amenity. Asked them if it was possible to get an oven or even go down to restaurant to heat my food and I was informed that we can only use ovens after renting them. Asked for slippers, they were apparently out. The only positive thing is the location was decent.

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at The Hilton. They went out of their way to make everyone's stay wonderful. We were traveling with a pet and they treated her like gold. It is clean, inviting, and obviously very well managed. I interacted with a lot of staff and they all seemed to take real pride in the hotel and an interest in the guests. They have a wonderful outdoor space that has plenty of room for private conversations and lazy reading. The lobby is lively and inviting. My room was so clean that I came home mad that I'm not as good at spotting dust as Esperanza and Sophia. Plus, they both loved the puppy and were great fun to chat with. I will never stay anywhere in DC except this property. Well worth the very fair price. Thank you all for making our vacation so nice.

Very nice and flexible front desk service. Let me check in a little bit earlier. I left my noise canceling headphone behind. I called the hotel and they mailed it back to me, and I received it in 4 days. what a great service. Room is a little dated, but very comfy and has all the things you need. a lit if places nearby to explore.

Lujoso, si. Pero la privacidad en las habitaciones es nula, pues no se pude descansar ni de día ni de noche por la conversación, gemidos, ronquidos etc, de los huéspedes de las habitaciones contiguas.

En Colombia, los hoteles Hilton son reconocidos por ser ocupados por gente de alto poder adquisitivo, con esto uno imagina que su experiencia será inigualable y que las facilidades son impresionantes. En cuanto llegamos al hotel en Washington, imaginamos que pasaría algo similar, pero así no fue. La puerta presentaba problemas, nos comunicamos para resolverlo y decían que al rededor de media hora alguien nos ayudaría, quien esperaría media hora si esta contando con este tiempo para salir? El WiFi no es gratis, en que hotel el WiFi no es gratis? Increíble pero cierto, esperaba mucho más. Las instalaciones son destacables, el personal es muy amable en hora buena por esto.

El lugar es excelente pero me parece ilogico que te cobren por tener wifi en la habitación al igual que el deposito de 75 dolares por noche. Es excesivo. Igual lo devuelven si todo esta ok, asi que me encuentro a la espera. Recomiendo

La rotonda en la entrada principal para dejar pasajeros es muy estrecha para varios carros. Y solo dejan parar a los que van a utilizar el servicio de valet. El hotel en sí es muy lujoso, pero ahorita que fuimos había tanta gente que no se podía casi que ni caminar dentro del hotel. Esta en un lugar bastante transitado y cuesta lograr entrar en la rotonda. El servicio del personal es impecable, desde que te bajas del carro super atentos y muy bien presentados. Están al pendiente de las necesidad de uno y lo guían a uno dentro del hotel, muy limpio el lugar también, tienen varios salón en donde se llevan a cabo varios eventos.

Al hacer las reservas para mis jefes que estarían hospedados, solicité el servicio de taxi para que los fueran a recoger al aeropuerto. Sin embargo me dijeron que tomaran el shuttle del aeropuerto, les dije que eran VIP de mi empresa y no podía enviarlos de esa forma, me contestaron que llamara más tarde.Abe Aburishfue el único en ayudarme con las reservas, estuvo muy atento con los traslados y hasta me avisaba vía correo como iba todo. NO pidais alitas de pollo si no os gusta muuucho el picante. Es estilo de alli, es verdad pero... maaaadre mia. El hotel es un hilton, y eso dice casi todo. Está muy bien comunicado y bajamos al centro andando. Como nota turistico pedorra, al abrir la ventana de la habitacion se veía el monumento a Washington. Y ese selfie lo vale...
