“I have a professionally trained, accredited, bonded, and insured service animal who's only purpose and only time it's on duty is when I am asleep for sleep apnea. The rest of the day the animal isn't needed. Normally during my trips I drop the animal off in the hotel room and it goes to sleep or plays with it toys so quietly no one even knows it's actually in the room. However, the hotel I stayed at would not allow me to leave my service animal in the room (Suite 126) because they claimed my animal would be disruptive and they would have to kick me out, even though no incidents or indications of incidents have occurred. Yet the guest in room (Suite 128) had a dog/pet that was not a service animal they left alone all day that would not stop barking. I felt discriminated against as well as inconvenienced at this treatment and will most likely be taking my business to Marriot for now on.”

“Had three rooms here from November 4-7 and everything went perfect. There were some details on the reservations that I needed to change and move around, which I thought would've overwhelm the front desk, but Henry was amazing and got us all taken care of. The suites were spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also great.”
