Un hotel bonito, agradablecerca a la estación del transmilenio y a solo 10 min del aeropuerto… las habitaciones son cómodas ycuentan con cafetera a presión y su café, desayuno tipo bufete, algo muy ganador que tienen transporte que nos lleva al aeropuerto.

Fuimos el domingo a probar su desayuno 2x1 que anuncian en sus redes. Pero resultó en una mala experiencia. Cuando decidimos pagar nos cobraron el precio full por los dos desayunos. Le preguntamos a la señora que nos cobró por el 2x1 que ofrecía el hotel y sencillamente nos dijo q no aplicaba y que debíamos pagar completo. Cuando salíamos del hotel decidimos poner la queja porque nos sentimos engañados y la administradora nos llevó nuevamente al restaurante donde tuvimos que esperar a que revisaran, reversaran la transacción y aplicaran lo ofrecido por el hotel. Aunque finalmente se resolvió el problema si fue muy incomodo tener q esperar para que revisaran mientras estábamos parados en la mitad de todo el restaurante. No recomiendo la oferta de desayuno 2x1para evitarse dolores de cabeza y tener q reclamar por algo que el hotel dice ofrecer en sus redes.

La atención en el momento de checkinn fue muy deficiente de parte del joven Jimenez! Bastante mala actitud. Adicional solitamos una manta extra y nunca la trajeron, ya que supuestamente "no tenian". De otro lado la habitación cómoda y muy bien insonorizada del ruido externo. El desayuno es bueno y con amplia variedad

This is an average hotel - rooms was nice and spacious, although there was a bad odour in the bathroom, couldn’t tell what it was but it seemed like dirty towels. The hotel lobby seemed disorganised with a messy reception desk - doesn’t seem like a Hilton really. The room service was ok - lunch was nice, but I had to cancel dinner as it took too long. I’m sure I’ll find a better hotel in the area next time.

They say that your call is very important to them but I called endlessly to book my shuttle at my arrival and no one ever answered the phone. I traveled to several Hilton across the world and have always been happy with the service which is why I am diamond member. This is very deceiving I do not recommend

Excelente atención. Si tiene alguna emergencia en el aeropuerto El Dorado y necesita pasar de imprevisto la noche cerca, diríjase en confianza al hotel que no necesitará reservación. El personal muy atento a cualquier hora de la noche o madrugada. Desayuno incluido si es una pernocta de tránsito. Hay transporte gratis al aeropuerto, una van sale cada hora.

Great hotel, I was actually surprised, having stayed at a couple Garden Inn in other countries, I didn't expect such a nice location. The restaurant, bar, room, staff were amazing, even though it was close to the airport, room was really quiet! Wifi was good for zoom meetings and Breakfast was on point.

O quarto era limpo, muito confortável e a equipe foi incrível. Eles foram além para ajudar a tornar a nossa estadia agradável. Nós altamente recomendamos este hotel para quem visita o centro. Eles foram extremamente confortáveis .. então esta foi uma grande vantagem. Meu marido e eu tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa. Hotelwas fine. Facilities new and modern and rooms nicely furnished. Proximity to airport was a plus. The ladies at check in were efficient. However thegentleman at checkout less so and not as helpful. Some extra charges added on at checkout that were not mine but were removed after I pointed out on my invoice . A good choice for a short layover but have had better experiences at the Marriott and Hyatt airport properties overall to be honest .

The room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.They were extremely accommodating .. so this was a big plus. My husband and I had a wonderful experience . Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my family members& colleagues!

The staff was welcoming upon my arrival.The room was clean and comfortable. I was able to experience the breakfast and I must say that the staff was very friendly and accommodating.The only draw back I experienced was the scramble eggs were cold.I did not voice my concern because I was heading out to the airport.The value for the room I paid was good.

The suite was lovely with the exception of the sofa bed which was simply horrible. I felt so bad for my sister in law and her son having to sleep on such an uncomfortable bed. Much improvement is needed.
