“Their was no hot water, the front desk did not answer so I had to run down stairs and the front person was in the back room, I had to call him. NO apologies or remedies were presented. The A/C buttons did not work, so I could not control room temperature. The hotel staff only said this all happened in a floor that had recently been remodeled and offered no other explanation or apology. The front desk said that the manager would email me to give an apology or something but never did. THIS WAS BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL IN ALL OF MEXICO. Because of all the these inconveniences we were late to a wedding we had.”

“Rooms are fine and prices reasonable. The food is fairly pedestrian but I had an enormous portion, which would have been enough for two people. The breakfast was included in the price and was substantial, with a good selection of juices, etc . My only complaint is that the cook could not offer bacon and eggs, but there were any other kind of eggs you can think of. Room $1180 pesos a night. All in all very good value. It's in zone 5 if you're travelling from the airport, which costs 390 plus a further 45 if you use the autopista into town. 50 minutes to an hour from the airport to the hotel.”
