Mucho mejor la atención al cliente las habitaciones las dejan limpias y organizadas . Pero hay un problema que los huésped las entregan horrible de suciedad y a olor de cigarrillos como la marihuana smoking in the rooms

After a miserable resort experience in Jamaica (the Jamaican people and country are wonderful!), it was nice to stay at a hotel with expedient (and I mean expediant!) shuttle service, friendly front desk staff and amazing food and service in the restaurant. The only place I will stay from now on when I have a connecting flight out of Atlanta and need to stay over!!

O quarto é bom, mas o serviço de restaurante está muito abaixo do padrão do Westin. Tomamos café da manhã e jantamos. Room is fine but restaurant service is way below Westin’s standard.We had breakfast and dinner.Wait staff was courteous enough but not completely forthcoming about when/whether breakfast buffet food was being replenished and slow service at dinner, even though there were very few patrons at either meal.

Excelente estadia fácil no aeroporto. O ônibus estava no horário e não foi difícil de encontrar. A equipe no check-in foi amigável. Neil em particular foi muito complacente e gentil com minha família.

O hotel era bom e o preço era bom também. O serviço do hotel estava fora de controle. Eles estavam batendo na porta do meu hotel às 10 da manhã, como o corpo de bombeiros! Liguei para a recepção e eles me disseram que o check-out só aconteceria ao meio-dia. Os hotéis deveriam ser lugares para descansar e ela tirou isso de mim depois de uma noite cheia de deveres de casa. Eu não iria ficar sabendo de novo por causa disso. Não respeitar os hóspedes é proibido. Eu recomendo ficar em outro lugar.

The hotel was good and the pricing was good as well. The hotel service was out of control though. They were banging on my hotel door at 10 am like the fire department! I called the front desk and they told me checkout wasn’t until noon. Hotels are supposed to be places for rest and she took that away from me after a night full of homework. I wouldn’t stay hear again because of that. Not respecting guests is a no-go. I recommend staying elsewhere.

Very nice, clean, and quiet place to lay your head down. It's so comfy that it's hard to leave. And complimentary coffee is always hot!

Este hotel era muito limpo eo lobby cheirava tão bem todos os dias que eu estava lá. Fiquei tão feliz que eles me permitiram um check-in antecipado porque eu estava muito cansado de voar. O restaurante era muito bom também. Os únicos pontos negativos que tenho são, você tem que pagar pelo estacionamento $ 23 / estacionamento sem manobrista $ 40 / manobrista. Acho que, se você é um convidado, não deveria ter que pagar pelo estacionamento. Por último, gostaria que eles tivessem uma banheira de hidromassagem na área da piscina. Fora isso, foi uma ótima experiência.

I absolutely adored the staff at this hotel! Monica at the restaurant made my evening stress-free and relaxing. When I arrived for check in, I immediately noticed I had forgotten my phone in the Lyft ride and before panic could even set in, the front desk offered to call anyone I needed to help out. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Food was review worthy ;-)

This hotel was very clean and the lobby smelled so good everyday I was there.I was so happy they allowed me an early check in because I was so tired from flying.The restaurant was really nice also. The only dislikes I have are, you have to pay for parking $23/self park $40/valet. I feel if you're a guest you shouldn't have to pay for parking.Last, I wished they had a hot tub in the pool area.Other than that it was a great experience.

Amazing stay, new/renovated rooms. Quiet stay although extremely busy. Nice touch with Starbucks in the lobby. No carpet which is a plus! Truly a beautiful clean modern room.

Our stay has been fabulous. The hospitality is wonderful. Please dine at the Bistro. Fresh, casual and good eats. Tiauna in the AM shift is so pleasant and refreshing. I would come back here again just for her. Make her the Bistro manager. Her energy is electric.....

Friendly staff. Hotel smelled great and room was very very nice. We were able to see the planes land! Which my 5 year old son enjoyed most. I did see a rat outside though 😕

One of my favorite places to stay when I am in Atlanta. Convenient location, very close to the airport. Great for late arrivals and early departures. If they keep their rates competitive this will be the only place that I stay. Parking could be better but still rate it 5 stars. Also outstanding customer service in check in and bar areas.

Está ubicado a poca distancia del aeropuerto internacional Atlanta, aún así, ofrecen transporte gratis con tiempo de espera no tan largo. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas e incluyen todo lo básico que se podría esperar de un hotel. Cuentan con piscina y gimnasio. Un punto a tomar en cuenta es que al realizar el check in nos requirieron el registro de una tarjeta de crédito con la disponibilidad de al menos US$ 200 para los posibles consumos que se realizaran con cargo a la habitación. En nuestro caso, tomó aproximadamente 12 días para que dicho monto estuviera disponible nuevamente en nuestra tarjeta.

Sin carro estas acabado. Marta y los buses de el hotel son buenos . Llegas a la parte norte pero aparentemente no es tan seguro esta area de aqui. Eso es lo que dicen. Fue una semana exelente fuera de todo.
