“They need to get organized and stop using Covid as an excuse to not open amenities. If you are short on staff, pay more!”
— Michele Krebs
“Great Location and perfectly connected to public transport. Though the hotel seems to be out of date. The bathroom is probably 10+ years old and in need of renovation. The beds are very small and definitely not suited for 2 people. The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. Overall, the hotel needs some renovations done but otherwise it’s a good deal if you’re out in the city exploring and not much at the hotel anyways.
There also were many stains on the carpet, no safe in our room, few outlets and no fridge. Additionally, the A/C malfunctioned and cooled our room down to what felt like freezing temperatures. This hotel has so much potential, but apparently they don’t want to invest in some renovations. If you don’t care about old bathrooms, small beds and TVs then this hotel is still a good fit. But for a 4-star hotel I would expect much more!
